the current interface has annoying thumbnails that animate and give you nausea. when you are wanting to watch replays without knowing the score, the thumbnail you click on shows an action shot of the player who has won. so what's the point. stupid. when you click on the function to advance ten seconds or more, it also animates and sometimes it misses and you accidentally hit the timeline which advances you to the end of the match....thereby destroying your suspense. a truly shitey user experience. i've contacted them many times. they don't reply. someone please let me know any alternative streaming company i can join instead.

I didn’t have issues on my latest Chrome, could air play on my TV (because Samsung Tizen app tells me to enter password manually, this is ridiculously inconvenient), watch on my iPad, Pixel 6 and latest iPhone. However website is more convenient than native apps (fullscreen on mobile is a bit annoying while rotating).

i paid, but cannot login, hence cannot watch. has been like this for the last 2-3 months, really bad. BTW, i have been loyal customer for years, but this is unacceotable.

They are scammers - do not join. They refuse to cancel your subscription when you try to cancel.

They put through a renewal for me without my authorization. I tried to cancel it and they said, too bad, we won't refund any of the $149.99 annual fee. Don't use this company. Also, many of the matches that they show you can see for free on Youtube so why pay them? I called to get the charge reversed on my credit card but they said because it is a subscription, Mastercard can't help me. DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very bad service. Their app on tv barely works, you email them and they do not answer. A shame for the sport.

Worst streaming ever. Doesn’t work on a Firestick. Always logging out and having to log back in.
This morning I can’t log in at all.

I asked them to cancel my subscription, they say do it yourself, I did, but they keep on charging me.

I watched a game yesterday morning on my LG TV. When i went back to the app in the afternoon, I'd been logged out. I signed in, and got "couldn't connect to TennisTV-Error: OC-D007," tried again, and it showed the words "TennisTV" on a blue background. And that is it, that's all i get now. Sent an email to the Help desk, and got a generic reponse, basically stating stiff cheese, and watch on other devices! (belies the purpose of the company's title). I signed up 8 weeks ago, I'm 76 years old, and I feel I've been conned.

Horrible streaming service, it logs off by itself all the time, most inconsistent streaming I ever seen. Always loading, just useless.
I would love to cancel it and get the remainder of my money back, but they are so dodgy that they don't do that.

La uso mucho, porque tiene todos los derechos de transmisión del tenis, salvo los gran slams.
Pero, reconozco que no funciona bien, falla mucho la transmisión, se congela la imagen con frecuencia, etc.
Lo peor es que no se pueden ver otras opciones que ofrecen, como los Latest Replays, Classic Finals, Trending Now, etc. La imagen que aparece es el público.

I was charged twice for my subscription. I have written three times over two weeks and asked for a refund and have received no response. There is no phone number on the website. Worst customer service. I feel cheated.

scamming for subscribers. Suggesting live wimbledon matches for premium subscription without offering wimbledon coverage.

Constant glitches, logging out of app, unable to log in and customer service is via email. Simply ridiculous.

There are no women's matches to view -ever. Is someone asleep at the wheel or just oblivious.

No vale la pena. A pesar de llamarse tennis tv no emiten todos los torneos, mas bien torneos pequeños con lo cual pagué para nada. No son nada claros para decir que van a emitir y que no, solo después de dar muchas vueltas consigues adivinarlo. Encima la aplicación funciona fatal. Una basurilla. Baja y no vuelvo.

MUCHO CUIDADO CON LOS COBROS.
El pasado 10 de abril cogí la oferta de Teniss Tv para 1 mes 14,99 e. Al tiempo me doy cuenta de que ese mismo día me han cobrado 2 veces por el mismo período de tiempo. El 14 de abril me dí de baja en T. Tv ya que solo quería ver Roma y Madrid. Me mandan un mensaje diciendo que me han dado de baja mi cuenta. El 10 de mayo veo que me han cobrado otro mes. Reclamo a PayPal enviando todos los mensajes recibidos y me dicen que no ha lugar ninguna de las dos reclamaciones. UNA VERGUENZA. ESTAMOS EN TOTAL INDEFENSION, ya que quedaba diafanamente demostrado. También decir que en españa la conexion es un desastre. No tengo ningún problema para ver Netflix, pero T. TV da error continuamente

It’s just very very bad and irritating when you use it on Apple TV… Who wrote their software??? ATP TV app before was working just perfect, just don’t understand why you have to kill a winning horse…
