Tennis TV Arvostelua 

Having had a long lasting dispute with Tennis Tv over non access to tournaments I finally thought the problem had been solved when it was decided I had paid and was told I would be given an extra 2 months viewing as compensation for the time lost. I accepted this offer because I was advised I could not receive a refund as I had paid using google pay and not through my bank account.
I never got an acknowledgement for agreeing to this.
Imagine my annoyance when a few minutes ago I tried to log on to Tennis Tv to be told I needed Premium to watch any matches.
So now I'm back to square one.
Please sort this out soon so I can watch some tennis.

My wife and I love watching tennis. Tennis TV covers the ATP tour, missing only the 4 grand slams. It serves us very well. My only annoyance is how often I have to log back in; it's easy enough with the Q code, but I don't understand why I get logged out.
Anyway, it's an excellent channel.

I love the fact there is men's tennis to watch practically every week of the year AND you can search for replays of past events for favourite players or simply if you missed a tournament.

I enjoy the easy selection of games & that you have the players names displayed, unlike bein sport. I do not like having to sign in too often to an app. that I have paid to see. I wish you had the grand slams as well

Great is the possibility to see match replays.

Not so good is the quality of stream for Chromecast and smart tv: service to be improved.

Me gustaria poder hacer un pequeño zoom para que la pista se viera algo mas grande. Veo los partidos la mayoria de vecea xon el movil y agradeceria verlo mas grande, haciendo zoom.
Me gustarua poder controlar con un scroll horizontal el video para tirarlo adelante o atras, en lugar de tener que pulsar los minutos que quiero adelantar o atrasar. Esto manteniendo el no saber cuando dura un partido, solo que saliera la barra horizontal que pudiera mover pero sin saber cuanto dura el partido.
Hay otraa plataformas que retransmiten de forma mas fluida los partidos, laa imagenes no se encallan.

Algunas personas de las que miran los partidos agradecerían que hubiese comentaristas en español.

J’apprécie de pouvoir regarder le tennis en direct, et en reprise. Le choix n’est pas complet mais on ne peut pas tout avoir.
Ce que j’aimerais serait de voir des échanges féminins et pouvoir regarder les chelems.

Puedo ver la mayoria de los partidos de los diversos torneos del mundo, solamente es una lastima que no se puedan ver los torneos de los 4 grandes.

Mostly good BUT could be improved.
Would like to know which matches are coming up and the time of them. Would like to be able to fast forward through replays.
Would like to hear commentator’s names more often than at the beginning.

Good tennis internment and good talking about tennis and live tennis tournament

ATP is a criminal organization that exploits players like clowns in a circus. The players are not asked anything, they are just pawns who play as they are told. Such a circus should be banned.

Several times throughout the year the app will just be down due to global outages for no given reasons.

Customer service is terrible. You can't actually talk to a real person. I have ended up in so many loops on the website where I am trying to resolve and issue and I can't. No notification via email if there are issues with your subscription, it's up to you to figure it out.

Quality of matches, livestreams and commentators i really can recommend.

Jeg havde et kæmpe problem med mit Tennis Tv abonnement som jeg ikke kunne få adgang til trods betaling. Kunne ikke få access til premium og se live tennis. Jeg fulgte alle de råd jeg fik fra Tennis TV help, men inter virkede. Skiftede login, prøvede at resætte vores internet. Prøvede at opgrade eller forny abonnement, men det kunne jeg heller ikke fordi det jeg havde stadig var valid. Tennis Tv bad mig sende en anden mailadresse. Havde brugt min gmail men sendte således min icloud mail og vupti, det hjalp. Jeg havde brugt Icloud for et par år siden og skiftet til gmail fordi der opstod nogle problemer med mit abonnement som jeg ikke husker hvad var. Men nu er problemet altså løst ind til videre. Tennis TV har helt sikkert nogle problemer på deres side men de gør hvad de kan for at hjælpe. Jeg fik hjælp fra Tennis TV og streamer nu fra min Iphone til google sony smart tv. Nu skal jeg så have ændret mail og log ind på min lenovo Pc samt google tv

Fantastic , I loved it !

Once again I'm writing to you in the hope that I'll get an answer.After subscribing to Tennis TV on June 2nd I have been unable to watch any tennis. I have followed all your instructions .I hope I have not lost my £99.99. I'm a very annoyed customer.
Please sort this out now.
