Tennis TV Arvostelua 

I paid for my subscription through google play. Google play say the my account was activated. Tennistv says it isn't. Google play says it can't fix because it is tennistv's problem and tennistv says its google plays problem because they can't fix it. So I am not getting tennis even though I have paid my subscription. Goole play won't give a refund because tennistv has the money and tennis tv won't give a refund because they say its google play's problem!!!

Thoroughly pathetic vis a vis multiple devices. At 'best' I log out of it first on my mobile device browser (no Desktop device) but even that didn't work with a 3rd device!! SO ENFURIATING.

One star for the - smartphone only - spoiler free function. But they mess that up - without it on TV. So, would be a zero .. but didnt know if that would function here.

I used to love this app. Granted, they don't show grand slams which is a bit of a shame, but to the reviews below, they do show women's tennis, however the tour is currently at Monte Carlo and there is no women's tennis there. With regard to commentators, there is the option to watch the match with no commentary, I've done it plenty of times as the commentators are very annoying!

However, my problem is that it won't load on my Sony Google TV. I can watch it in the bedroom on my firestick ok, which is a bit strange. Hopefully this will be dealt with soon and I can go back to annoying my husband with tennis on all the time.

I have just signed up so I can watch the Monte Carlo Masters and so far have had no problems streaming on my LG TV. My only issue is that I have not had any commentary at all on any of the matches, even on the main court.

Goes well for me after initial logging in issues. Need to be able to mute commentators but hear the whack of the ball and the crowd.

Terrible tv app. You can’t adjust your fast forward speed on the TV app, and there’s a bug which will just fast forward your video to the end if you press the fast forward button multiple times. This is the worst tv app that I’ve ever used, and it seems like this issue was reported a while back but still hasn’t been fixed.
Another annoying thing is once you close the video, the app doesn’t keep a record of where you stopped, so you have to press the fast forward button (which doesn’t work) a million times to get to the bit that you actually want to watch. Terrible terrible tv app experience.

Tennis TV, tennistv.com does not have any customer support at all. You cannot change your email or delete your account. So be warned.

This subscription is terrible and doesn't offer what they say they do. I had it for less then 24 hrs when I realized they don't show ANY of the big opens and they do not show women's tennis. I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, again less then 24 hrs and they refuse to do it. Terrible customer service experience. Do not sign up!

As a new customer in January I couldn't load Tennis TV so contacted customer services, I replied to the automated email as requested and never heard a thing after that. I find that appalling, it seems there's no help available at all.

Tennis coverage great BUT ruined by the commentaries which go on endlessly. I was told I could turn the sound off but that completely removes the sound of the ball, umpire and crowd - so no atmosphere. Other broadcaters offer you the choice of "ambient sound" - i.e. no commentators , why oh why don't TennisTV do tis??? Commentators continually give you the results of other matches which you have not replayed yet and recently graphics are coming up on screen showing results of other matches. Just ridiculous. This week the help button and cancel button are not active. If they sorted these things they would get a 5 star!

Rubbish. I bought a subscription and wasn’t able to watch the finals. I emailed about it straight away and got a response 2 days later from a guy who I doubt is a person - more like a robot. I requested a refund but never got it even though they did not provide the service. Terrific customer service from K Bron.

Jim Courier is motor mouth again! I have written about this before. He is so disrespectful to the viewers and to the players when he just chats through a point.

Recently subscribed and overall happy with the service. Watching via Firestick and video quality is very good. Some matches on outer courts aren't a good viewpoint. Main issue is the commentary ..Kevin Skinner is appalling even makes Robbie Koenig sound not bad. Just trots out reams if meaningless stats from his screen.

The app crashes frequently on Samsung TVs. I have had the same unpleasant experience both at home and when travelling while watching on a Samsung TV set. Please fix it!!!

What is the point of this company. Indian Wells matches have started but still no live streaming

Worked well for 2 months but when I renewed my premium subscription through the apple store I’m now no longer able to access premium tennistv. Thankfully I’ve only wasted a months subscription. Customer help is non existent

I am a tennis tv premium member. I don't know why, many video quality of many tournaments(almost every atp 1000) is terrible, the fps is very low. The movement of the ball is not smooth at all, they say they stream with 50 fps but I guess it is less than 30 fps. Horrible.

I signed up to a year of Tennis TV to avoid paying Sky’s extortionate rates and to get a month free. But I wish I hadn’t as I don’t think it’s fit for purpose. The streams are jittery all the time. Half the matches don’t have commentary either. And of course, it’s only men’s matches.
When I emailed Tennis TV twice for help with the bad quality video they ignored me. When I then asked if I could cancel and get a refund they sent me the same (copied and pasted from the website) email twice about how to cancel the auto renewal – not what I asked. Eventually someone deigned to answer my actual question and said the fault was my internet connection, not them. I explained that I have no issues with other apps on my TV, and also game online with no problems, but they didn’t bother replying to that. I thought about taking this further (as the Consumer Rights Act states that a streaming service must actually work properly) but it’s very hard to prove whose fault it is in a situation like this. So now I’m stuck with a subscription I don’t want for a year.
Avoid.

Believe the one star reviews! Unbelievable that this is the endorsed ATP streaming service. The content is fine but good luck accessing it! Appalling customer service designed to drive you mad to the point of giving up. Will sign up to beinsports instead and hope for a better experience.
