Failed Estate Agent Inventory.
After a thorough review, Muhammed had missed a lot and left rag in kitchen sink. Cleaned the carpets without vacuum cleaning. Smears and marks left. Cost £632.77. We failed the inventory to get our deposit back from rental agent. They offered a reclean... to be arranged.

We booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean.
After the cleaning, visible floor marks appeared in the exact area where their team had placed their equipment. The marks were not there before. Their team had sole access to the flat during that time. When we came back, the marks were there.
We raised the issue immediately. While their replies were kind, they denied responsibility and relied on their T&Cs, stating that a re-clean is the only remedy. Since we had already handed back the keys, that was not possible.
We are now left with a £400+ charge to restore the floor, and they refunded just 10% of the booking fee. So we got back £28.50.
When a company has sole access, the damage appears directly after their visit, and the equipment was placed in the affected area, it is difficult to understand how responsibility can simply be dismissed.
Based on this experience, I would 100% not recommend them.

Cleaners were great
The 5 stars are for the cleaners themselves.
The company was very responsive and accommodating but what I did find odd was that under stair cupboards and the actual bedroom in a one bedroom house has to be added as an extra as it's not included in the end of Tenancy clean as standard?
Shaida and Zanko, the two ladies who did the clean, did a great job, I would recommend them. Thank you!

Not very professional. Damaged the enamel of our toilet
Team was good, very friendly. Carpet cleaning is ok. Hence giving 1 start.
But in terms of work that was done. It was useless. They have scratched the toilet using abrasive solution or brush. Not a professional cleaning at all.
Windows frames were not cleaned properly and the issue is they do not agree to any of it. Don't waste your time with them. They r giving 9 pound refund, it is of no use for the damage that they had done to the toilet. The whole enamel was removed due to their brush. I got to get it changed and need to spend 200 pounds + labour. Avoid please . my advice.

Regarding the toilet, our team used standard non-abrasive sponges and professional cleaning products. No abrasive tools were used. After reviewing the photos and speaking with the team, the marks appear consistent with mineral/limescale buildup, not enamel damage. We offered to return and professionally treat the area.
The interior window cleaning was charged £9, which we have highlighted in prior communications. The patio doors were cleaned as part of the service at no extra cost.
We strive to provide professional cleaning services and address concerns promptly. Our team followed industry standards, and we continue to stand by the quality of our work.
Excellent service
Carlos and Alessandra’s team did an excellent job on my end of Tenancy clean - the oven was spotless and they did a great job with the bedroom carpets (we have a husky so there was a lot of hair). They were polite, punctual and professional - thank you so much and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.

Do not use service
After booking an end of tenancy clean for Friday 2pm they call me at 2.15 to explain they will be between 30 mins to 1 hour late. At 3.45 I receive a text message stating they will be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. I’d been waiting in an empty flat the entire time.
I have to leave as soon as they arrived as I’d already taken 3 hours off work, but was able to explain what needed doing and where everything was.
I arrived back at the flat around 7.30pm to find the cleaners had broken a cupboard under the sink, and left without fixing it.
I took pictures and sent them to the company, however, they are claiming it was already broke when they arrived. Their proof?.. the photo I sent to them, rotated 90 degrees, and resent to me. Claiming it is a photo they took.
Going back and forth with them via email is excruciatingly slow, with only one response a day.
I am due to give the keys back today, and they are, at this point, still not taking responsibility, nor offering a solution.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service — the worst cleaning job I have ever seen in my life.
We paid for a professional end-of-tenancy clean and what we received was careless, rushed, and completely unacceptable. The carpets were left stained, the kitchen cupboards weren’t properly cleaned inside or out, the freezer was not cleaned at all, and surfaces were left dusty despite this being clearly included in the service description. It honestly looked like the bare minimum effort had been made — if that.
As a result of their incompetence, our landlord is now claiming money from our deposit to fix issues that were either caused or completely ignored by this company. The stress and financial impact this has caused is unbelievable.
We are beyond disappointed — we are angry. This company claims to provide professional end-of-tenancy cleaning, but the standard of work delivered was shocking. I would strongly advise absolutely no one to trust them with their home or their money.
Save yourself the stress. Do not book this company.

Our records show:
1. Contractual Complaint Window – As clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions (Clause 6.2), complaints must be submitted within 7 days of service. Your complaint was received 21 days after the cleaning, which is well beyond the contractual timeframe, preventing us from verifying or addressing any alleged issues.
2. Post-Clean Inspection and Evidence – The property was vacated immediately after the clean. No contemporaneous evidence of damage or substandard cleaning was reported at the time. Our cleaning team used professional extraction equipment and followed standard end-of-tenancy procedures. Carpets naturally remain damp after cleaning, and some pre-existing stains may reappear during drying—a process known in the industry as “wick-back.”
3. Kitchen and Surface Cleaning – While we note your dissatisfaction with the kitchen, no photographic evidence was provided at the time of service, and no re-clean request was made within the 7-day period. As per our policy, re-cleans can only be arranged within the contractual window.
4. Liability Denial – Given the delayed reporting, absence of immediate evidence, and the involvement of third parties (landlord/agency), we cannot accept liability for carpet replacement costs or other alleged damages. This conclusion follows a thorough review of service records, bookings, and post-cleaning confirmations.
We understand that you are frustrated, but the complaint cannot be upheld contractually. Any claims made outside the contractual timeframe or without verifiable evidence are not the responsibility of Tenancy.Cleaning.
We encourage customers to review our Terms and Conditions before making claims and to submit any concerns within the designated complaint period, ensuring we can properly investigate and address issues.

End of tenancy cleaning
Used this service for when I was moving from my apartment and David and his partner did an excellent job with it.
Living there for over 3 years, they were able to get all stains out and made it look very neat.
They were on time and was very considerate even with my moving boxes still in the apartment.

Filthy kitchen cupboards and drawers
Booked an end of tenancy clean when we received the keys for our new house as it had been empty for a while. Because we still had 2 weeks left on our notice period in our rental, we didn’t move in right away. However, when I was unpacking the kitchen I noticed there was lots of dirt and grime in the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen. It hadn’t been cleaned at all, let alone deep cleaned. Despite contacting them with evidence, because my complaint was lodged after 7 days they said there was nothing they could do as it was beyond their complaint policy. I had planned to book them for the flat we were moving out of, but booked Good Old Clean who were much better and I would highly recommend.

For clarity, your booking with Tenancy.Cleaning was completed on 26 January 2026, and our complaint and re-clean guarantee requires any issues to be reported within 7 days of the service. Your complaint was submitted on 13 February 2026, which is 18 days after the cleaning, well beyond our policy timeframe.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, a re-clean can only be arranged within the guarantee period. You also confirmed in your complaint form that you would not accept a complimentary re-clean, which is the only remedy offered under our policy.
We take cleaning standards seriously and always provide clients with the opportunity for a prompt re-clean if reported within the policy period. Unfortunately, because your complaint fell outside this period, we were unable to provide an alternative resolution.
