Excellent service & job. We had a very stained cream couch which had never been cleaned in 4 years. Slawek did a fantastic job, turned up bang on time, was quick & efficient & the couch now looks like new. Would definitely recommend!

Poor service. Overcharged.
Many items missed throughout property and items not cleaned properly. Website states £22 ph I was charged £320 for 5 hours.
Finally offered a paltry £60 partial refund for a service that was not delivered as agreed. Avoid.

THIS IS A SCAM.
We paid £600 for a post build intense full clean, 2x people for 6 hours. To return to the house to see dust, dirt and basically no difference to the house in general. We then saw on our ring doorbell they had been outside smoking for over 1.5 hours and could see them sitting on a bench in our house for a further hour.
After sending photos and speaking to the company they told us they could refund us £35… they have been aggressive in their communication and said unless we took our original review down they would not do anything. (Photo evidence to follow)
They should not be trusted or used their communication is exactly what you would expect of a scammers company (they also asked us to pay in cash)
Please avoid, plenty of other companies out there.
Look at their reviews across all platforms, out of principle we will be taking them to the small claims court.

Read the reviews, they're not lying. I got lucky also. I booked a cleaner for a general clean of my house, no bedrooms, just 2 hallways, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms for £60 for 3 hours. Lastnight something told me read the reviews, so I did.... Let me say the reviews saved me £60. The lady came on time so that was good, then I made a point to show her specific parts we wanted cleaned, she told me she doesn't clean inside ovens or fridges that's a different price, I explained that I only called them for that and allowing them to only wipe down the sides wasn't what I called them for. So she started texting the
called the office and they said I needed to pay extra for them to clean inside the cooker and fridge. We decided to end the job there, I didn't pay anything, just a massive waste of time. I would avoid or you may lose money, I only got away with it cause I was ready for them because of the reviews. Anyone else in a more vulnerable situation would of felt pressured to pay more there and then. I didn't even ask how much I would of had to of paid, the reviews allowed me to decide quick to get them out my house.

We appreciate all views being shared, negative or positive, which is why we try to always stay objective to the current situation, as they do provide direct insight how our services are provided (which also influenced your opinion)
To provide a bit of clarity on the matter, the service you arranged was a Domestic level cleaning, which covers all surfaces for dusting and polishing + vacuuming and mopping of the floors. Kitchen appliance deep cleaning (inside and out), which you requested the cleaner to cover, is indeed a separate service and affects pricing or service duration if required (or both).
We also have a minimum duration of 3 hours for each Domestic cleaning, which you disputed over email you will not cover fully until you are satisfied with the service the cleaner provides in the remaining hour.
When there is an issue while the service is happening, the cleaners always forward feedback on this to our main office, which is why the cleaner did this on site.
We are always happy to cover specific requirements which may be advised during the services provision, but this always reflects on either what can be overall covered, cost or overall time for the cleaner, due to which it is not always possible.
If this was interpreted as us not providing a correct service for its value, we apologize for leaving this impression.
All in all, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear it has left you with such a negative opinion of our company.

Booked these cleaners on a chance
Booked these cleaners on a chance. Two lovely people turned up and worked really hard to clean my small one bedroom flat for a very fair price. They were respectful and kind and did not stop for a minute until the job was done. Great communication from head office and everything as it should be. My only sadness is that I didn't ask the cleaners their names so that I could praise them on here. Well done!
