Absolutely Spotless
Mohammed and his team did an amazing job. I moved into my new flat with my partner and had the team come in for a full deep clean. The carpets look brand new and the whole flat is absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend and would use them again any time.

Efficient and good value for money
They were able to come asap once I got in contact with them, the team worked really hard to clean some dirt they weren't necessarily expecting. They arrived later than expected but more than made up for it by staying longer than the allocated time. I would definitely use them again as it was value for money, and a friendly and professional service.

Very disappointing service
We booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean and unfortunately the experience was very poor. The cleaner arrived over an hour late, which forced us to leave the key under a plant pot so they could access the property, creating an unnecessary security risk.
The cleaning itself was far below professional standard. Carpets still had debris, bathrooms (basins, mirrors, toilets) were dirty, and surfaces, skirting boards, windowsills and windows were dusty. There were cobwebs throughout cupboards, corners, and radiators, and appliances such as the dishwasher, fridge and fireplace had not been cleaned.
When we complained, they offered a “complimentary” re-clean only if we paid the full amount upfront, which we felt was unreasonable given the first experience.
We would recommend not paying upfront and checking the work carefully before payment.

We take all feedback seriously; however, your account omits several key facts.
First, the original end-of-tenancy cleaning service remains unpaid. Despite this, we still offered a full complimentary re-clean as a goodwill gesture to address your concerns—something that goes beyond our standard obligations.
Second, our Terms & Conditions (agreed at the time of booking) clearly state that payment is required upon the team’s arrival and before work begins. This applies to both initial services and any re-cleans. Your request to withhold payment until after completion is not a condition we accept under any circumstances.
Third, you declined the re-clean under these terms and asked us to close the case. This is important context, as it means the resolution we offered was not refused by us—but by you.
We also note that access to the property was arranged by leaving keys unattended outside. While we understand the situation, this was not instructed by us and falls outside our responsibility.
Our position remains:
• A full re-clean was offered
• Clear and standard payment terms were communicated
• The service remains unpaid
• The case was closed at your request
We remain confident that our resolution was fair, reasonable, and in line with industry standards.

Poor quality end of tenancy cleaning
I booked this company for an end-of-tenancy clean, but the service did not meet expectations. Several areas of the property were left unclean, including the kitchen , radiators and carpets. When I contacted them about the issue, the response was not helpful and only 10% refund was offered.
Unfortunately, I had to do further cleaning myself. I would not recommend this service.

The cleaning service was completed on 07 March 2026, and your complaint was submitted on 10 March 2026. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, the first and primary remedy for any concerns regarding cleaning standards is a complimentary re-clean, allowing our team to return to the property and address any areas of concern.
In the complaint form submitted, you indicated that you did not wish to accept a re-clean. Under the agreed Terms and Conditions, when a re-clean is declined, the maximum refund available is 10% of the booking value.
For your booking:
• Total paid: £242.25
• Maximum refund applicable: £24.22
This refund was offered in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and was accepted and processed immediately upon your confirmation.
We always aim to resolve concerns professionally and fairly, and we regret that you remain dissatisfied despite the resolution provided under the agreed terms.
