Requested end of tenancy cleaning.
Requested for the cleaners to contact me when they are over so I can inspect they never did.
I could not check property after, had to leave the country.
Checkout report had flaws on the cleaning and they rejected to rectify because it passed 7 days from cleaning. I'm being charged now by the landloard

Our re-clean policy allows any issues to be reported within 7 days of the service, which is in place to ensure concerns can be addressed while the condition of the property can still be fairly assessed. Unfortunately, the checkout report was received after this period, which meant we were unable to offer a rectification at that stage.
Regarding communication on the day of the clean, we regret if expectations around contact were not met. We always aim to deliver the service as booked and appreciate feedback where improvements can be made.
We are sorry that this situation has resulted in additional charges from your landlord. While those charges are outside of our control, we do understand your frustration.

Amazing!
Firstly, the fact everything comes through via text, the multiple ways to pay, the clear confirmation that everything is booked is all great. The service is so easy to use. I also thought the price was amazing value.
Sonia did an incredible job, and I absolutely would recommend your service and her to anyone. She was polite, courteous and the place looked pretty much new. She didn’t take too long to do it either - we had a nice walk round the town, got some lunch, and she was done! I received my full deposit back - my landlady was surprised how well it cleaned up as she’d expected some challenges as I had been in the place 10 years and some furniture hadn’t moved in that time - but in the end it was all great.

Avoid using these services
Extremely unhappy with the end-of-tenancy cleaning service provided.
They added so much more stress to the move out process rather than making it smoother. To start off with, our cleaning time was changed from 2:30 PM to 9:00 AM with almost no warning.
When we finally got back to inspect the flat, we were shocked at how bad the cleaning was. It was not the professional, high-standard end-of-tenancy clean we paid for.
Here are the major problems:
• The Oven: The one oven that was cleaned was still dirty. There were clear grease marks left behind. Even the oven racks were not properly cleaned, and the knobs still had dirt on them.
• Light Switches: Switches were left with dirty marks and were clearly not wiped down.
• Skirting Boards: The skirting boards overall were left unclean and messy and especially in the living room were left a complete mess.
Because the job was done so poorly, we had to spend our own time and extra money to re-clean the flat to the proper standard. DO NOT use these scam artists

The cleaners Shadia and Zanko were great. They did an excellent job, with each checking the other's work and pointing out anything that they thought was not up to the mark. Very hard working couple.

Didn't show up, poor quality clean on second time
Didn't show up for our first booking, rebooked with them and our landlord charged us for poor quality cleaning, which was agreed upon by an independent adjudicator. Don't trust them for the quality expected for an end of tenancy clean

I hired them for a end of tenancy…
I hired them for a end of tenancy cleaning, specifically requesting oven cleaning. I paid extra for it, but I’m not sure if it was even touched. Even so, it was still in very bad condition. I’m also wondering if they even have a proper grease cleaner. I asked the company for a refund and sent photos. Until then, they responded to everything, but after the refund request, they went completely silent. I do not recommend them.

Extremely hard workers

Bit of an issue the day before, but it was sorted and the guy came to clean the flat, it was super work, we got a full refund for our deposit so very happy with his work

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Avoid this company at all costs. Me and my housemates decided to pay £280 for an end of tenancy clean to avoid the stress of having to do it ourselves. We confirmed for them to arrive in the afternoon from 2pm onwards, yet they arrived at 9 am whilst my other two housemates we’re in the middle of moving everything out so they just got in the way and a massive inconvenience on an already stressful day. We didn’t get the opportunity to go back and check the cleaning as it was moving day which we regret now! Our estate agent contacted us and said that the flat hadn’t been cleaned so we had to go back and do absolutely everything ourselves. I really struggled to see what the cleaners had even cleaned at all. The skirting boards, doors, floors, appliances were untouched. I had cleaned the grill myself before hand as we were only paying them to do the separate oven, and the cleaners had the cheek to take the metal racks out of the grill that I had cleaned and put them in the oven and the dirty ones back up into the grill to make it look like they had cleaned the oven ones themselves. Absolute joke. We we were contacted by our estate agent a week later to say that they viewed the apartment and it wasn’t clean at all so we then raised the complaint to the Tenancy.cleaning and were told it was too late and that we had to raise disputes within a week. We have therefore paid £280 for nothing, and have had to clean the apartment ourselves in the end anyway! Complete waste of money and would warn anyone from using them in the future.

Avoid at all costs
I asked for a deep clean I didn't even get a standard clean and cost £259 they offered to come back out but if they can't do it right the first time why have them out again. If I didn't accept there offer to have a reclean they said £15 as a goodwill gesture so I reported them to the right people as it's a disgusting price for a disgusting service. No appliances was wiped down, doors not wiped, tiles and other surfaces not wiped down. If other companies I tried wasn't full up then I wouldn't have gone with them. I have friends who have cleaning businesses and they don't miss a spot. If only I could put a few pictures up to show everyone. Stay away from them or regret it.
