I was trying to return two items and the return process was extremely time-consuming. Not very happy that I have to pay Shipping to return When the website said moneyback guarantee.

Quick delivery, items just as described!

Good (albeit pricey) product. Fast shipping. Only smaller issue was that TemperaMed somehow managed to instruct DHL to send the shipment to an incorrect address (different from what was on my order confirmation). However, I managed to get DHL to deliver to the correct address, so it all ended well.

User-friendly, punctual delivery, and appropriately packaged. As advertised.

I bought two of the Vivi caps and they stopped working correctly the very first day. I just thought it was me and I’ve tried sending them back but not getting any response and I’ve had three vials of insulin go bad because of your cats they don’t work.

I travel a lot and find the VIVI cap to be the most convenient method available to keep my insulin safe no matter what temperature range I may find myself in.
And it removes any concern I have with “is my insulin safe”. I have one for bolus and one for basal. The units are quality made using space age materials and technology. I have found Tempramed to deliver a high degree of customer service by doing what they say they will do including quick delivery and follow through after ordering.

This is a marvelous company that’s a step above others in diabetes care. It takes the guesswork and worry away from how to keep your insulin at the correct temperature. They are wonderful to deal with and make customer service a priority.

AMAZING and game changing. Vivi cap kept my insulin in perfect working order whilst in the Sahara desert in temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. I couldn’t be more grateful. What peace of mind! I cannot recommend these enough.

My father has been a loyal user of this product for a few years by now, and he absolutely loves it. He particularly appreciates it's ease of use, as it functions effectively without requiring any additional effort on his part. I use Soliqua, an insulin that combines Lantus with Rybelsus. The ViVi cap works excellently—a secure fit. Temperature control is as advertised.

Post gr8 customer service provided by Ms Alina, Im changing my review. She kept a constant follow up and made sure that issue is resolved and product gets delivered to me. I used the VIVI Cap, its a bit helpful but not keeping the temperature that an insuline supposed to at. It just maintained around 26°C (while I was sitting in office where AC was on) for 2hrs whereas the required temp is 15° to 20°C.
Its good enough for travelling for shorter duration specially if driving in hot weather.
Therefore, 3 stars for Ms Alina and 1 for product. Perhaps company can work on to improve their product.

Vivi Cap really works for me and makes me feel secure about the quality status of my insulin pen. I don’t worry any longer about traveling in varying temperature environments and it makes my pen really safe from breakage as well with its sturdy cap/cover.
Delivery is fast considering the distance between the US and the Philippines plus I get tracking information regularly which makes me feel secure about my purchase. Customer Service was also very responsive. I just ordered another Vibi cap for my standby rescue insulin just to ensure i am protected. At first I doubted if I was ordering from a legitimate source. The experience made me trust the company and the product more. Thank you!

This is really a lifesaver. I went on a cruise. Had to take planes, and I could not have done it without TempraMed. The Vivi gives you the assurance you need to have. You can take it anywhere. It's TSA approved, so no worries about taking it on a plane. I take 2 insulin, so I have 2!

ViviCap is a game changer for us! No worrying about insulin temp in heat of summer or cold of winter! With a very active teen, the ViviCap has been amazing!!

Great customer service
I ordered two pens and was very excited to use them as I travel a lot and this was a good way to travel with them. Fortunately for me I no longer need to use insulin.
As I had only just received them and hadn't used them, the company were very understanding in me returning them and refunded me in full.
Their customer service support was outstanding and this is always a good indication of how good a company is.

I LOVE my VIVI caps! I travelled Europe for 14 days and never worried about my insulin pens going bad, even on 100 degree days...and we had many! Best piece of mind I ever bought!
