As devoted motorcyclist finally I found a device which makes longer journeys possible.

I appreciated the response to my complaint

I had a delivery problem with the UK courier (i.e. Evri) who claimed they would deliver my ViviCap order at a specific date/time.
Then, for no obvious reason, Evri told me that they were unable to deliver the order and would re-attempt delivery next day.
Next day came and went. This was beginning to sound like a familiar story with Evri (they are very poor at tracking missing packages).

So to cut the story short, I contacted Tempramed, who were very helpful and were able to track the package through Evri in the UK. A few days later the package turned up.

So, maximum marks to Tempramed!! I am certain their intervention helped keep Evri focussed on their duty of care.

It provides peace of mind for insulin safety. I used to worry about carrying it all day, but now I’m confident it won’t spoil. Thank you for thinking of diabetics—I’m ordering another for my nighttime dose. Your company is a real help.

online order with clear described "DHL Express Shipment" (almost 35$ to Europe) is shipped via a package agregator with all risks and problems with local customs. When confronted the company tries to explain that the package is shipped via the DHL network to (in this case) the Netherlands - from where it's distributed via local providers. That is not using DHL Express Shipment - where I clearly paid for. I had ordered the product before - and the company didn't provide enough documentation for my local customs to be able to process it - and the package was returned. A refund was issued. While reordering I clearly chose "DHL Express Shipment" - and again it was shipped via Passport Global - expectedly with the same bad service regarding customs and documentation.

Highly dis-recommended when ordering to Europe.

I ordered 2 of their pen coolers and unfortunately my flex spending didn't approve the purchase so I returned both items and sent them confirmation of company receiving and signing for the return package and now I'm still waiting on my refund and my flex spending has been closed

Purchased the Vivi Cap as a gift. The product was defective, which was not discovered until the person attempted to use it for travel several months later, but well within the warranty period. I contacted the company by phone and provided all the info I was asked for. Long story short: four months and counting of multiple phone calls and myriad emails, each promising imminent resolution. Finally today I was told to contact Amazon to try to get a refund from them. It was outside the window. Still no satisfaction. No questions answered. Just a run around. I even contacted the CEO’s office No reply. Buyer beware. If a problem arises, you will not be helped.

Great price, fast shipping. Good quality. Peace of mind insulin is good.

I’ve been a diabetic for more than 35 years. You can only imagine how it was keeping my insulin at a certain temperature. Until I found the VIVI Cap. I don’t have to worry anymore. I have purchased several for friends. I know it has also changed their lives. Thank you so much!!

Excellent product

I have placed my order on 14th august from India my order is still not shipped ..after 5 days after contacting tempramed support numerous times they told me my address is not complete and they are unable to ship. I immediately replied to mail giving them all details they wanted. Now even after 3 days there is no response whatsoever.
This is not a causal order or ordered just for fun. You get it right? Its is supposed to make life easier which is already as a t1d is tough!!!!
Please sort this issue or initiate my refund. i am so tired already please I genuinely request you to expedite this entire process.

Easy to use. Keeps insulin from going bad. Not too bulky!

This devise has helped me tremendously. My insulin had gone bad due to incorrect temperature. My sugars were spiking and bottoming out constantly. Now with the Vivi cap I can relax and trust my insulin is correct.

I have been trying to get help from their support for months. They will email me a question, I respond, then silence. I never get anything back. I have three vivicaps. I have changed insulin so the pens don't fit anymore. I don't want to buy more caps, I just need the adapter rings. The last email thread with them I told them what I need. They replied asking me what insulin I changed to. After I told them their response was, yep Vivicaps are compatible.... didn't bother to answer my question. Not even close. Company is a joke.
