Love my Vivi caps! I would have given a 5 star review but I did have to reach out via email and make an online post regarding a missing item before my issue was resolved. However, I did get a positive resolution and would highly recommend TempraMed!!

The unit is a great invention but the end cap does break off and the inner rubber sleeve detaches as well. It has happened on two of the units I've previously bought but its just too hard to send the units back across the world for a refund. This hasnt stopped me buying additional units.

Update: I have now received my full credit.
Hi, I purchased this for my 90 year old aunt a couple states away. It was too small for her injection pen. I sent the pristine unopened box back to TempraMed. They responded in the email that my credit would come. It's been 6 mos - now they have $150 of my money plus the brand new product. I'm 68, on a limited budget and need that money. Now they won't respond.

I am from 🇬🇧 and I bought 3 tempramed devices for my Insulin as they are compatible for all insulin devices and they are a life saver for me to use when I am on holiday and no longer worry about the insulin being too hot 😀

Very pleased to find that the VIVI EPI appears to be a perfect fit for Mylan's generic Epi pen. Ask your doctor to write the prescription specifically for Mylan's generic Epi pen with the words, "Dispense As Written." -Otherwise the pharmacy will probably substitute a different brand generic Epi pen that does not fit. Our health insurance will cover Mylan's generic version of the Epi pen. This could be a real life saver!

The worst product it doesn’t work at all I call d to replace it they didn’t accept, the Vivi cap doesn’t keep the insulin cold at all.

I've been utilizing this product for the past three months, and I am delighted to have the reassurance that my insulin remains viable thanks to the visible indicator light. This has alleviated my concerns regarding the safety of previously used insulin.

It’s so much simpler than products which require “prep” (such as charging, freezing, or activating) — I just inserted my insulin pen, put it in my bag, and went on with my trip.

I was skeptical about the functionality and hesitant with the price, but I’m now convinced that it works and is totally worth it.
