Zero customer service
Booked and appointment to try and get an emergency prescription. I discovered about 5 minutes after booking that it wasn't possible to get a prescription from an online appointment so I cancelled the appointment and contacted Televet France to ask for a refund. If I was refused a refund with an excuse I might accept but nobody bothered to reply to me. I contacted a second time and again, no response. It seems that maybe they only reply when they're taking your money but after you've paid they're not interested.
