Issue with eSim resolved quickly
Initially there was an issue with purchasing an eSim. I bought 2 by mistake as I wasn't sent the setup information and thought the first one didn't work.
I was able to get a refund and the person I was messaging was able to complete my setup.

Danilo K. was very helpful! I had concise questions and they gave concise answers and links. My issues were clarified rapidly. The service was great- and communicating in English was very appreciated.
With the user interface- when typing on my iPhone, the send button was not working readily. I’d have to really focus the screen on the arrow. Very minor. Was not an inconvenience to me. (I could imagine some grumpy people being “grrrrr!” about it)

Issues with top up on a router
Was having a problem topping up my sim card in a router where upon adding money to the account and purchasing the package, it would freeze on pending then disappear. Ivana and Ryan were professional and helpful to get this issue solved. I am very satisfied with their service and my problem has been solved.
