Teknosa Arvostelua 

I decided to buy a display model laptop from their store, as it was more affordable than a brand-new one. Since it was a display item, I asked several questions about its condition and was assured that everything was perfectly fine with the unit. I waited for half an hour for them to pack the item and bring it to the payment counter. However, once it was ready, the staff informed me that the box did not include the original charger—in fact, it didn't include any charger at all—which they claimed was the reason for the discounted price.
I replied, 'None of you mentioned anything about this until now. Please provide me with a charger, or at least a written document—even a handwritten one—stating that this item is being sold without a charger.' Of course, they refused. They simply told me that they didn't have such a procedure and insisted that the price was already a bargain.This is not just a staff issue; it reflects a broader culture of dishonesty across the entire company.

It's good and bad depending on the level of your need. for instance I was in a hurry and wanted to buy a phone so went there and bought an iphone and it took me like 5 mins, but the variety is limited, i personally expect a huge place for technology like teknosa to be super variable when it comes to suggest stuff. so i got mixed feeling about this place, but i can say its not the first place I go to but it definitely is the last if I dont find what I want anywhere else. 3/5

I buyed WD product from Teknosa, Anadoluhisarı branch İstanbul Turkey. 5 terrabyte WD elements 5tb wdbu6y0050bbk 2.5" Black worldwide. from the first day product comes with harddisk error, when cycle turning it makes sound. Western Digital has no quality control over their merchandise at Turkey and their distrubutor service Arena Bilgisayar has the worst service ever. The new product directly go to the service for repairs and returned from service at worst condition more sound and more deffect. And their respond to given service is there is nothing wrong with the product. Teknosa is selling these no quality controlled brands and their customer service is bad. I buyed this WD product from Teknosa firm and is not a trustable firm anymore because they sell defected, bad, not working products from day one. If you reside at Turkey region choose trustable technology products sellers, Teknosa customer service is really bad and customers just left out there with money loss and with broken not working new products. Do not buy anything from Teknosa firm because they have not have a slight respect of their old customers and there is no back service not even a exchange for a not working product that has been bought new.
