Very bad experience
Very bad experience: I had to pick up money send by WesternUnion, and personnel of the bank (Kas, Antalia, Branch) told me they can only give me money if I have a bank account with them: this is not obviously true as western union customer service in Turkey confirmed.
I asked a written confirmation of what they were stating, and after a long waiting and talking and waiting, they gave it to me: i will file an official complain with westernunion.
Dear Yapi Kredi: you want to be a westernunion agent, so your customer can send the money everywhere in the world, and you want obviously to have them being able to pick up money without having a bank account in the bank/country they will be... so you have, of course, to do the same: or else just stop being a westernunion agent
I will keep this my comment updated with what will happen next

* The chat from the website is not usable (ask turkish VAT number which I do now have) - Very bad
