Very disappointing handling of a missing item – loyal customer ignored
I have been a loyal customer of this brand and recently placed a large order of 12 suits. Unfortunately, when I received my shipment, one pair of trousers from one suit was missing.
I immediately contacted customer service, expecting a professional resolution. The only response I received was: “We watched the footage and the order was sent complete.” That was the end of the discussion.
This response is deeply disappointing. Internal camera footage does not prove what the customer actually received, nor does it rule out issues during packing or transportation. As the seller selected the logistics provider, the responsibility should not simply be shifted to the customer.
No investigation with the courier was shared, no solution was offered, and no effort was made to protect a long-term customer relationship.
I expected accountability and customer care not a closed-door answer. Sadly, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand.
