Vastaus yritykseltä Teknomek Ltd

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback.

I am sorry to hear that you have found the pallets difficult to dispose of.

On checking your order due to the volume of items the best way to ship your goods was using pallets.

When our items are shipped we like to ensure that they are packaged to the best standard, so you receive your goods in perfect condition.

I have left a message so I can speak with you and get a better understanding to feed back to our warehouse.

Look forward to hearing from you

Kind regards
Claire
