We've used Neon Creations a couple of times and each time it was a seemless, enjoyable process from concept to completion.
The project was a nice simple one this time and took very little input from us, the email ordering process was great, even down to payment being online kept it nice and simple.

The finished signs are superb, beautifully crafted and easy to use/ install.

We will definitely be back soon!

Having worked in the signage industry for the last 40 years I have dealt with numerous signage and neon specialist up and down the country both as a sign fitter and as a Signage installation manager and upon working and dealing with Neon creations I found that there knowledge and reliability is amongst the best I have come across - most importantly I was impressed on how accommodating and nice the staff where to talk to and approach on the phone when asking for a very quick turn around that we needed for one of our important long term customer which they where happy to do no problem, thank you very much Neon Creations your help has been very much appreciated from many different angles - thank you, Steve- Benson Signs.

Had a wonderful day at Neon Creations. Tony and Sam put a huge amount of effort into re-creating the Xenon part and upgrading the rest of our Nobel Gas display. Tony's research into working with Xenon rather than Neon paid off and it looks fantastic and 'show ready' for its part in the University of Cambridge Chemistry Open Day demonstration lecture. Tony's history of neon signs was fascinating and being allowed to have a go at manipulating a glass tube (under strict supervision!) emphasised the skill necessary to make such beautiful works of art.

Behind Closed Doors have been using Neon Creations from the start. Especially now with our own expansions and refurbs, the quick turnaround and never faltering quality whether it be service, communication or just end product, are the main reasons we always come back and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The pricing is great and always upfront, whilst achieving the classic actual neon aesthetic that so often has been badly replicated with LED. We commissioned a bespoke neon sign for our alfresco dining restaurant and couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!

Ordered a commission bespoke blue neon sausage dog artwork for our house. These guys are amazing, keeping an old skill going and not taking the easy route of LED so called "neon" which it is not. Their passion and expertise for proper glass neon signs and art is 2nd to none. They even let me have a go at bending some glass when i collected. Highly recommended and will be going back for more.

Neon Creations were a life saver, in that they were able to repair a piece of neon art that had been damaged by builders. The artist himself was unhelpful but the gallery referred us to Neon, who then sought out the best match of glass, matched the light colour and effected the repair. They collected and delivered the piece and kept us well informed throughout, including being very transparent about the challenges of matching the artist’s glass. Friendly team and overall a prompt and excellent experience. Thoroughly recommend.
