Thank you for your review.
I am so very sorry to hear that our communications have been very slow, this really is not our standard level of service.
We have been communicating a great amount in order to secure your delivery of dispensers, capturing the right documentation to send to yourselves in the Middle East avoiding further delays.
I do believe that my colleague Phil has now received the information required for your courier DHL to collect tomorrow.
If you require any further information please do let us know, we are here to help you.
Kind regards,

Hi there,
Thank you for your review.
Our apologies if we didn't communicate the delivery charges properly. Due to the nature of our products, we always charge for delivery as it is the only way we can provide and maintain, our on time and reliable delivery service. In your case, "oversize" is how we call that particular type of service.
We appreciate your feedback and we will definitely take it into consideration.
Kind regards,
Juan
