Paid for 5-8 days delivery, took 2 months.
I ordered a gas mask and paid about 7 euros for the fast shipping service, which was supposed to take 5-8 working days. It took 1 month for the item to arrive and on arrival it was missing one filter, which made the mask useless, so I contacted them and they sent me the other filter, which took another month. Whenever I asked them about a refund on the fast shipping (which I paid for, but in reality got the free shipping), they simply ignored me.

A marzo mia figlia ha acquistato una ciclette pagando un supplemento per la spedizione rapida. Dopo vari tentativi, ad aprile ci riferiscono che il pacco è fermo a Bergamo. Abbiamo cercato di contattarli, ma da un mese non ci rispondono più, ieri abbiamo ricevuto non la ciclette, ma l’accredito per lo storno dell’ordine. Meglio tardi che mai!
