I ordered a package and realized I put in the wrong postal code. I sent an email about next steps. They fixed my issue, sent my package, and I didn't have to follow up. It was prompt! Thank you!!!

I ordered some jumpers and a tshirt for presents which were lovely quality. To make sure they arrived in time (i ordered quite late…) the seller bumped them to the front of the queue and upgraded to first class delivery which was very much appreciated!

Really good customer service, original sweatshirt was damaged in delivery but replacement was offered and arrived quickly. Very happy with quality of the product.

I placed an order and the product never arrived. After I reported the issue, I was told a refund would be issued, but more than three months after the order I’m still waiting.
Ineffective customer support: lots of promises, no concrete solution.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company, there’s no serious handling of delivery times or refunds.

I ordered 3 sweaters from the RSPB Shop which is hosted / run by Teemill. I have been waiting 5 weeks for my order which appears to be lost. I have tried contacting Teemill through the RSPB website, then directly through their customer support and other than it’s stuck at shipping, there has been no change. The responses are slow and frustrating as there is no action on their side. No phone number is provided which is always a red flag.
I regret not reviewing trust pilot before purchasing. I had assumed as it was a charity they were trustworthy. I would not recommend and am very disappointed overall.

Incredible customer service! My return package unfortunately got lost in transit, but the support team was super fast, understanding, and resolved the issue immediately by processing a refund without any hassle. Truly professional and highly recommended!

Clothes are great quality and comfortable, but I needed to do a return. An IT glitch made this tricky, but Helen was incredibly helpful and all sorted in 2 emails.

After I made a mistake on part of an order and then had to re-order one item their customer services team kindly refunded the second postage charge. Excellent customer relations!

Ordered a mug as a gift on a Sunday evening and realised that I had made a typo in my email address, so sent them a message and received a reply the next day from Max, who updated my details. All very smooth. The mug arrived a few days later. Environmentally friendly packaging and a good quality item. So it's a thumbs 👍 from me.

Easy and prompt ordering. And when the custom product arrived with a slight run on the print, it was immediately replaced with a new product with no fuss. Very easy to deal with.

Even though it was my mistake (applied incorrect address)
Teemill went above and beyond and not only refunded me for the parcel but also for shipping.
If only all companies could be as good as them.
I am one happy customer and shall definitely be ordering from them in the future 😀

What a fantastic customer experience!
I was directed to Teemill from the Ri, after having enquired about being able to replace a piece from one of their jigsaw puzzles.
This puzzle was gifted to me at Christmas 2023. I really enjoyed completing the puzzle, and after loaning it out twice to friends, it was returned with one piece missing. On providing Teemill with the original order details, they are sending me not only the missing piece, but a whole new puzzle.

I accidentally put the incorrect address into my order, and Teemill sorted it all out for me via email. I am deaf, so this process, which is usually stressful, was made easy - 10/10. Also, my brother LOVES his new T-shirt. An added bonus was also added to my original order - thank you SO much xxxx

I spent several days going back and forth with a customer service representative named Sam, who repeatedly told me I was using the wrong base product, without clearly explaining what the actual issue was. Only after multiple emails (in which it was made clearer and clearer that they were losing their temper with every exchange) did they finally mention that the feature I was trying to access requires a Teemill Pro subscription - something that could have been clarified immediately and would have saved a lot of confusion and frustration.

The tone throughout the exchange was patronising and dismissive - and at times even outright rude - rather than supportive, which was especially disheartening as a new seller trying to set up my store correctly. I was made to feel like a burden and a chore by this representative.

Clearer communication and a more respectful approach on Sam’s part would make a huge difference and actually meant the issue was resolved much earlier. Sadly, this experience has pushed me to explore alternative print-on-demand services.

After being away when my order arrived, when i opened it up the jumper i ordered had a mark on it, and i had sent of an email to show off the issue with the jumper and Helen was great with getting back in touch and then getting a replacement sent out for me so I cant thank you enough for sorting it all out quickly

I had a misrepresentation notice from Google and couldn't see any issues on my Teemill site so contacted both Google and Teemill. Google upheld their notice and ask me to fix the issue whilst Teemill took days to reply that they don't have Google integration and can't help!
-Why don't they have integration? They tell you to upload to Google so why not facilitate this better?
-It seems crazy to me that a dropshipping print-on-demand site doesn't have better customer service for the people creating business with them as surely more support would lead to better sales for both parties!
-From reading other reviews, checking community q&a and my own other experiences of being ignored it seems I am not alone pondering this question
