I had a misrepresentation notice from Google and couldn't see any issues on my Teemill site so contacted both Google and Teemill. Google upheld their notice and ask me to fix the issue whilst Teemill took days to reply that they don't have Google integration and can't help!
-Why don't they have integration? They tell you to upload to Google so why not facilitate this better?
-It seems crazy to me that a dropshipping print-on-demand site doesn't have better customer service for the people creating business with them as surely more support would lead to better sales for both parties!
-From reading other reviews, checking community q&a and my own other experiences of being ignored it seems I am not alone pondering this question

Lydia was very sweet and quick with helping me with my problem! I received a damaged product and after just a couple questions quickly reissued me a new product free of charge! She was kind but helpful and got straight to fixing the problem! Great customer service! I am very appreciative!

My order was originally delivered very promptly but was unfortunately incorrect (wrong colour and wrong size). However within minutes of writing to them, Ash replied and apologised, offering me a replacement and allowing me to keep the original, at no further charge to me. My correct replacement arrived in next post! So you could read this review as 5 star if you like!

The address was wrong and they sent a replacement immediately. Arrived safely.

When I ordered an item from MCS (who presumably use Teemhill) I missed the option for fast delivery which meant that the order was unlikely to arrive on time. I e-mailed Customer Services and they upgraded the delivery time - I'm so very grateful for such a human response!

What a great company. The clothes I have ordered have been really well made and remain the same after every wash. Packaging is plastic free and sustainability is important to them.

I purchased a tee shirt. It was the wrong size. I contacted Rapanui. The issue was resolved with a few clicks and a couple of emails. The customer service was friendly and switch went ahead without any hassle. Thank you for making it easy. Oh...the tee shirt is super too.

A shipment to Australia went missing and I was very impressed with how swiftly and efficiently the company dealt with the issue. They offered a replacement product or a refund straight away. Refreshingly fast, friendly and hassle-free service.

After a present was retuned to Teemill by Royal Mail as the recipient was away, the Company communicated well, located the parcel and resent it for me. I was contacted by Max.

Everything arrived correctly and on time. After trying it on it wasn't the right size. Maz was super helpful and refunded the t-shirt and answered all my questions promptly and in a friuendly, professional way.

The customer service - if you can even call it that, is the worst I’ve ever experienced. At this point, I honestly don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews. I was excited to use Teemill for print‑on‑demand products and set everything up, designed my items, and connected it to my WooCommerce shop. It never worked. For more than 6 weeks I’ve been emailing and messaging their support team, trying to get any help. No one replies.

When I finally did receive a message, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, just a request for more information. I sent it immediately, and once again…silence.

This company clearly does not care about its customers. What should have been an exciting new project has turned into a complete waste of my time. I’m incredibly disappointed and would strongly advise others to avoid this platform. I am currently looking at other Print on Demand companies as Teemill is just so unreliable and I do not trust them with my customer orders if this is how they treat new customers.

Great product, fast shipping, and they understood over the holidays people need a longer return window, which was great. The sweater I ordered didn't fit my boyfriend, so we're getting a different one. (We live in Canada, he's usually a M or L, but the L was too big for daily use. Maybe size down if you're unsure?)

I docked one star for this reason: The exchange process was easy, but there was no clear way to change the address or confirmation (I was traveling for the holidays) for the return, and I apparently inquired too late (customer service took about 3 business days to answer on average). So now I'll have to pay my family to ship it to where I actually live. All in all....If you're shipping internationally, just make sure you get the right size the first time around and you'll be very happy :) I still very much recommend them.

Terrible customer service. No replies on emails, 3 have been sent and I have called and no one answers the phone. My order shows on tracking as "we are expecting it from sender" since the 7th of January. I ordered the hoodie from The Wildlife trust on the 4th of January.
