I would love to thank Teemill customer service from the bottom of my heart! I received twice incorrect size of the teeshirt I oredered. The reply I got from there was always very friendly and supportive and finally I also received the correct size of my order.

I ordered my tops 17 February and they still haven't arrived despite emails to confirm dispatch 18 February. The tracking details show that the post office haven't received the parcel. I've tried to contact the store by the online query form and just get an error message that the contact form doesn't work. When it did work, I received a message saying they would call me. No call has been received. Money has been taken for these tops. Really disappointing customer service.

Teemill were prompt and very helpful in dealing with a special birthday present I was sending to my granddaughter. I would highly recommend them, and I will be shopping with them again soon.

I’m including a copy of the message I’ve now sent nearly 20 times over the past few days sent by email to multiple addresses, and you online form. Tried to call but each time just voicemail…
You printed my order wrong, then when letting you know it was printed wrong again and sent late so if it was correct it was past the date I needed… first reply within an hour, ever since I highlight the continued mistakes and ask for a refund the policy is now to ignore me… it’s a shame I have to resort to this to attempt to get your company to respond to me…

I contacted you three days ago that my order was sent incorrectly (this is now the 5th message I’ve sent you with no acknowledgment or reply, when I first messaged you replied within a hour), and the print was done on the front of the womens tshirt not the back as indicated in the order. You got back to me and said this would be corrected, I said i needed this product for yesterday (hense the priority shipping i paid for) i've recieved the product today and it has been printed incorrectly (on the front) again - please arrange for an immediate refund of the cost of this product and the shipping the product was no sent that was ordered and now it will not be delivered to me on time. Please contact me back to to confirm receipt of this and confirmation of when I will expect my refund.

Was ok but remember you never have access to your customers details. Teemill keep all of them hidden from you.
I have about 100 designs in my shop, I've asked twice via message for help over the last couple of months and been ignored, both times.
Im now in the process of moving to a different company.

Good quality t shirts, reasonably priced ... arrived promptly. Customer service was great , I needed my order quick but forgot to add express shipping. I was reassured that my order would most likely make it in time even with standard shipping. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday . Very happy customer here .

Ordered a Mug for the charity I support. Southern Thailand Elephant Foundation (STEF). It was a really slick process from start to finish and product was very good quality, came packaged well and on promise. Great gift for a great cause and no hold ups!!! Writing this review awaiting the arrival of the replacement of my Rapanui order that got lost. Compliments to Max who contacted me after I reached out to Rapanui as the order I made early Februari still didn’t reach its final destination, nor did the transporter reached out to me admitting they messed it up 😵‍💫.

After sending the message making the inquiry, Max reached out me confirming the parcel got lost and offered 2 options refund or replacement. My choice was made very fast as I’m a huge fan of the Rapanui long sleeve t-shirts so went for the replacement.

Same day Max returned with the new order, now I’m waiting on the dispatch confirmation of the replacement. Compliments to Max for his efficient way of working.

As soon as the parcel will finally reach my home address I will gladly upgrade this review from a 4 to 5 🌟review

I ordered my own T-shirt and was very happy with the quality, but it was a little bit to small. I was able to get a replacement sent really quickly by max who genuinely provided me the best customer service I have had from any company, helped me with a few different things and made it a really positive experience, will definitely be buying from here again.

I ordered a M size Hoodie with a zipper and it came as M but was way too big. Also i thought the description was not accurate.
I wrote to the support team explaining my situation and they gave me a full refund and let me keep the sweater because i would have had to pay for the postage. I thought that was very generous. I ordered another one one size smaller, since the idea was to support the team. All the best

My T-Shirt (a gift from subscribing to the Rest is History) was much awaited by my husband. Unfortunately, it somehow got lost in the shipping/delivery process (From UK to Canada). Helen, from Teemill, expedited another one, which we received the other day, and is now being proudly worn. I really appreciate that this company was able to come through for us. I love that little surprised feeling I get when I realize I am being looked after by a company that is reliable and dependable.

Great customer service - I ordered the wrong size shirt and missed the return window. After contacting Teemill Helen responded quickly and shipped the correct size without me needing to return the original order.

Product is good - nicely printed and good quality cotton.

There was a problem with my order, but my email to customer service was promptly dealt with and a replacement order sent straight away.

Helen was extremely helpful and kept in contact with me by E mail until the issue was completely solved.
Teemill products are also beautifully made from natural materials :)

I have been trying to get a refund for an item I bought through Mountain Warehouse. First I could not print a return slip because the order number was not recognised. Eventually customer service sent one by email but told me the order number was completely different from that on the order confirmation. I can see that the original order number might be too short but it is what was on the email confirmation. I posted the retuned item with evidence of both order numbers. The post office tracking information confirms the parcel was received and signed for on 24 January but still no refund. No one answers the phone and although I have provided my number no one has called me. Emails to customer services initially responded to by Helen have nor resolved the problem. This has been going on since the 30 December.
