Not the best experience, could be better, could be worse
Locked in to 12 months, not the greatest experience so far. Customer service is pretty much non existent. A few print issues early on, but were sorted without issue.
Alot of my stock has back prints, think hoodies, however no way to show these as default on the site which I suspect has effected sales.

I've been selling products through Teemill for quite a few years now and love everything about it: its ethos, the range and the quality of products as well as the way it is so easy to set up an online shop with them. The employees I have met to date in person and I have been in contact have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend it more, if I tried.

Outstanding products and service
I’ve bought Teemill products over the past few years and have loved the consistent high quality and the great customer service. This week Sara from Teemill has delivered the most outstanding customer service and helped with a really tricky request (I was trying to get hold of a discontinued line!).

Way too expensive!
The minimum you can charge your customers for a hoodie printed back and front is £49 which is absolutely crazy.
What Teemill fail to make clear is how your profits change when people from different countries.
For example, I sold a hoodie to someone in Europe overseas and received £3 profit from a hoodie that I priced at £50!
My customers feedback is that £50 is way too expensive for a hoodie.
There are other items that I refuse to put on my website due to the minimum price I can set is way too high!
Also, when contacting Teemill customer service via email it does take a few days to get a reply and even then it takes so long for my issue to be resolved.
Teemill doesn’t notify you when you make a sale, you have to manually search using the envelope icon.

Our products are ethically made, sustainably sourced, and produced to a high quality, this is reflected in the base cost of our products. In case you weren't aware designs that include additional elements, such as printing on both the front and back will increase the production cost, which can naturally impact the margin available to you. That said, we want to make sure this is as clear and transparent as possible, and your feedback highlights where we can improve how we communicate this.

Really good in most ways
Good customer service when I missed a delivery, great product clothing item quality and ethics.
Only downside can be the print-on-demand styles can get worn off relatively quickly, seems to depend what cycle/detergent you use.

Unwearable quality and no response from customer service.
The hoodie I ordered was very poor quality- the print peeled off in multiple places on the first wash, despite following washing instructions and washing inside out inside a mesh bag. It was a gift and the recipient was unable to wear it even once. I made contact to report this a week ago and have had no response. The poor quality and lack of response would be unacceptable for cheap clothing let alone for a £60 hoodie.
I note that a large number of reviews are only five star due to how the company rectifies issues, rather than getting things right the first time around. I wish I had read these more thoroughly.

The fabric does not feel like cotton and is almost plastic coated. The print is ok but not great.

The site is really easy to use
The site is really easy to use. I designed a my products in the studio and it was really easy to add them to my store straight away. It took me a little while to figure out how to set up my custom domain but the customer service team were really helpful. Can’t wait to get stuck in.

Positive customer service experience
I communicated regarding a defective t-shirt that was outside of its guarantee period, though had been used very infrequently and was clearly defective. Max from the Community Experience department took these factors into consideration, owned the problem, and using a degree of goodwill and common sense, resolved the issue. And I am thankful for his assistance.
