Great functions
Great functions, perhaps not so safe like nuki with a change of iPhone.
Tedee works with a new iPhone without a break, but nuki wants to configure and to confirm the old configuration.
It seems to be safer.

Witam.
Zostałem miło zaskoczony obsługą serwisową.
Mój zamek Tedee PRO z 2020 roku trafił na serwis ponieważ bateria się szybko rozładowywała.
Dostałem bezpłatną wysyłkę na serwis.
Myślałem, że odpłatnie zostanie wymieniona bateria w zamku i dostanę go z powrotem.
Stało się inaczej, dostałem bezpłatnie nowy zamek Tedee PRO z 2025 w oryginalnie zaplombowanym opakowaniu.
Z zamka jestem bardzo zadowolony i jeśli chodzi o różnice między modelami PRO z 2020 vs 2025 roku to zauważyłem że:
- nowy działa dużo ciszej,
- działa bardziej precyzyjnie i nie ma delikatnych luzów które były w poprzedniej wersji,
- działa szybciej ( łączność z zamkiem jest znacznie lepsza), co w moim przypadku ma znaczenie. Moje drzwi do mieszkania są pierwszymi drzwiami przy windzie na moim piętrze więc robi to dużą różnice na plus. Korzystam z tej samej 5 letniej bramki HK aby zwiększyć funkcjonalność jak przy poprzednim zamku.
Dziękuje bardzo za profesjonalne podejście do sprawy i życzę więcej równie udanych produktów ułatwiających ludziom życie.

Tedee x 2 = 1
Mam dwoje drzwi Greda tuż obok siebie, w każdym zamek tedee oraz jeden bridge w gniazdku pomiędzy drzwiami. Same w aplikacji fabrycznej działają OK, jednak kupiłem je z myślą o HomeKit i tu zaczyna się dramat. Komunikacja z poziomu HK jest opóźniona i działa pod nią tylko jeden z zamków. Wsparcie techniczne ochoczo się zajęło tematem po czym zamilkło. Nie wiem czy to wada nie do naprawienia a może się nie chce pochylić nad problemem? Może to jakiś drobiazg ale nie ma z kim o tym porozmawiać.

Jest kilka czynników, które mogą wpływać na komunikację urządzenia z HomeKit. Chętnie sprawdzimy, czy Pana konfiguracja jest prawidłowa.

All great, except ...
All great, but I don't understand why there is no possibility to simply lock on a given time. I kind of understand this, if there is no bridge installed. But with a bridge? I don't get it.
I will integrate the bridge into Home Assistant later.. so this is no dealbreaker for me. However, I was very disappointed about this missing feature.

Tedee Pro - a great product with a great tech support! 👍
Tedee Pro lock is a great product.
I own 3 of them and never had a connection issue. Always online and responding fast. One charge of battery lasts for months.
But what is most appreciated is the tech support, they’re responding quickly and are very competent.
I accidentally broke my usb port and contacted them to ask if it is possible to fix it. They fixed it free of charge and even offered a spare lock so I could use it while my lock will be serviced.
That is the way products and tech support should look like.
Good job Tedee!

The good
The good: it looks elegant and well made. The App works well
The bad (-1*): the Tedee GO2 attaches to its face plate (Euro Adapter) via 3 small (2 mm) Allen-screws, which are very finicky to screw in. These are too small and flimsy/weak and the knob does not fit flush to the plate. The top screw attempts to squeeze a clamp to the plate, but this is not flexible enough and does not work. The attachment mechanism needs to be much better designed: onto GO3...!
