Il prodotto è buono, ben realizzato e non ingombrante.
L' installazione con la presenza di una chiave all' interno è veloce e non presenta problemi.
Nel mio caso, avendo il nodino, la mancanza di accessori, che ho scoperto in seguito che sono da ordinare a parte, ho dovuto provvedere a una modifica.
In pratica ho forato il perno in ottone e inserito un perno trasversale.
Per quanto attiene all' app l"unica modifica riguarda la distanza di rilevamento automatico che è troppo estesa, 100 metri come minimo.
Sarebbe più utile se si potesse limitare a pochi metri, 5 o 10.
Per finire manca la ricarica e quindi sarà necessario sostituire le batterie quando si esauriranno.

I have worked many years in the hotel business, in managing positions, but now that I retired and have my own vacations’ apartment on Booking.com, as my personal lab, to test all what I wanted, I have chosen Tedee to install one of their Smartlocks. It is not just their device, it is their support, what makes them a remarkable.

The support really did their best to resolve my issues. It took some back and forth but in the end I had a lock that works great.

Enviaron mal mi pedido, y tuve que devolverlo, y no me responden los mensajes para que me lo vuelvan a enviar de manera correcta.

Nachtrag zur Antwort von Tedee: es ist korrekt, dass mir das erläutert wurde. Allerdings erst, nachdem ich die Produkte gekauft habe und offensichtlich die Werbeversprechungen missverstanden habe. Ich möchte damit eine konstruktive Kritik aussprechen und darum bitten, dass bei der Produktentwicklung, so wie sie es auch beschrieben haben, zu berücksichtigen. Es kann ja nicht allzu kompliziert sein, ein weiteres Schloss zuweisen zu können und diesen automatisch den gleichen Code zuzuweisen. Danke!

Die Geräte an sich machen einen guten Eindruck. Allerdings ist die Nutzbarkeit für Ferienwohnung, anders als versprochen, nur bedingt geeignet. Es ist ja nicht selten, dass eine Ferienwohnung mit einem Hauseingang- und einem Wohnungsschloss versehen ist. Ich kann einer Wohnung aber nur ein Schloss für die automatische Codegenerierung zuweisen. Das ist natürlich nicht ausreichend. Wir haben in unserem Haus zwei Ferienwohnungen und müssten dann den Gästen zwei verschiedene Codes zur Verfügung stellen. Einen, der immer gültig ist und einen, der automatisch generiert wird. Das ist äußerst unpraktisch und nicht gut. Besser wäre es, könnte man zum Beispiel das Hauseingangsschloss beiden Wohnungen zuweisen so, dass dieses automatisiert den gleichen Code zu gewiesen bekommt, wie die Ferienwohnung selbst.

Almost three years later and I couldn’t be happier with my lock. I was having an issue with the lock and I needed to calibrate the lock twice a week. I made a support case today on a Saturday at 20.34 and I got answer 30 minutes later. 2 hours later the issue was found to be a screw that had become loose.

Llevo dos años con ella y para mí es una cerradura ideal, la tengo junto a un bombín dorma kaba que me hicieron los chicos de CEFIBA y la sensación de protección es superior eso montado todo en una puerta acorazada.

Después de tres meses, Tedee Go dejó de funcionar. El soporte en España evaluó el problema y pidieron devolución. En menos de 10 días llegó uno nuevo con upgrade incluido. Respuesta rápida del primer nivel de atención y solución satisfactoria desde el fabricante. Muchas gracias.
