Amazing customer service but tedee portal was a bit hard to use

Amazing customer service. Joanna was fantastic in responding to my questions. I can't thank her enough for all the time she spent on back-and-forth emails that we exchanged. I felt valued as a customer.
I am super happy with the Pro lock, the cylinder and the relay I bought. Everything integrates really well in the app.
The only suggestion I have is to make the user experience of the tedee portal easier to navigate through while setting up the organization, moving the locks to it, and assigning users. It was hard to understand without consulting the support team about the process for doing that.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the delivery. The package was shipped the same you ordered it and it's on the way to you. We can see that there is some delay on the UPS side and we are already in contact with them regarding that. I can see that you are unsatisfied because of no contact from us, but I've checked our system and I can see that you emailed us and you received a response immediately.

I can assure you that we are doing our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Warranty repair of the Tedee Pro lock

After a year of use, I had a small problem with my lock. Since it is covered by warranty, I contacted the manufacturer for help. Throughout the warranty repair process, I had excellent contact and was kept informed. The fault was repaired and the lock is working again in my apartment. Congratulations on your after-sales service.

Wir haben das Tedee Smart Lock in Verbindung mit der Bridge seit über 5 Jahren in Betrieb. Wirklich super einfach einzurichten und das wichtigste: Es funktioniert wirklich IMMER! Sehr zu empfehlen……
