Complete scam ! Like everyone else has said . I used a credit card , and I have just contacted my user to cancel my card and ordered a new one .
This company should be prosecuted !
I never signed up for any monthly subscription you only find out they are taking the money from you once you read the E Mail from them !!

Complete scan ! Downloaded a manual for 0.01p then lo and behold £29.90 taken for monthly subscription which I didn’t sign up for! Reported to my bank as a disputed transaction and eventually after 8 weeks I received a refund. This company are a con !

I mistakenly signed up with Techgeniushq believing I was paying for a downloaded ringtone! As soon as I contacted their Customer Services Department and explained what had happened they arranged a complete refund which arrived back in my account today. A commendable response which is often lacking these days. Many thanks.

I have a transaction of 29.90 from this complete an utter scam please stay away from this company I don’t even know how this was done

Try to take money out of my account when i have never ever used their website.

These guys tried to take cash from my Revolut account. Luckily (for me) Revolut picked it up and warned me.

I had the same experience as the people below, on an unrelated website, click the download button thinking it was an app for £0.01 as indicated on the website, this somehow ties you into their contract and they day after they take £29.90. The phoneline rings out constantly and the link for cancellation on the website doesn't work.

Definitely a scam. Was on an unrelated website and the ad appeared looking like I could download the audiobook I wanted for 1 pence. They somehow already had details of my bank account and took the 1pence. No audiobook was forthcoming so I became suspicious and realised I had been scammed. Called my bank who blocked my card before they could take more money.

This is a fraudulent company. They will trick you with 1p download and then take £29.90 from your account as monthly subscription. If you call them to cancel this subscription you are not aware of, they will tell you that all the details you are giving them is incorrect and they cannot unsubscribe you. My bank alerted me off this company’s fraudulent activity on my account. They have already taken £29.90 from my account. I’m working with my bank to get this money back and cancel the subscription. My bank advised me to give them the Approval code for the transaction so they will be able to “trace” it. I emailed this company with the approval code but they didn’t reply.

This company were charging me £29.90 somehow without me realising- I think they work by setting up fake download links on unrelated websites, so you think you are downloading content off a different source and then these guys make you pay 1 pence and trap you in the monthly fee. My bank blocked the transaction which is how I noticed! They are blocking that card and sending me a new one. Be careful!
