I purchased an eBook from the website, but after a few days, my account got logged out. I reached out to the customer support team, and they explained it was a technical glitch and resolved the issue promptly.

Be Very Aware - I reached out - unfortunately after a few months - the emails about my subscription were going to junk email - so reached out after I realised I had actually been charged a lot of money for a service I had never used.
I have been told that I clicked on the link and provided 2 step verification on my account but I do not remember doing this and so must have not realised it was for a subscription.
My subscription has been cancelled - that's the 1 star - but its an expensive experience - The fact that the first time I visited the website was to try to find out how to cancel it is very annoying.

Prélèvement de à mon insu sans mon consentement de 49 € en Novembre et Décembre.
J’ai fais opposition à ma banque et fait signalement.
Je pense que les coordonnées bancaires se transmettent d’un site à l’autre d’après mes échos.
Je vois qu’ils essaient toujours avec ce montant d’après les autres avis.

Me cargaron dos recibos de 49 € sin autorizacíón y aún presentado denuncia mi banco no me los puede devolver.
Después de indicarme "el proceso de suscripción" que necesita el OK en varias pantallas consecutivas tengo claro que yo no hice esa suscripción.

Betrügerische Firma,habe nie etwas bestellt und dann tauchen auf einmal 49€ auf Paypal auf die ich bezahlen soll. Ich soll am 13.09 um 0 Uhr etwas bestellt haben,also muss ich das wohl im Schlaf gemacht haben. PAYPAL hilft auch nicht also werde ich mein Paypal Konto kündigen und die 49€ werde ich auch nicht zahlen.
So nach einigen Mails und Drohung von Strafanzeige und Anwalt das Abo das ich nicht kenne gekündigt und nach Aufforderung und wieder Drohung Polizei und Anwalt auch die 49€ zurück bekommen.
Alles wider ok.Darum 3 Sterne.

Keinen Stern darf man leider nicht vergeben...völlig unseriöses Geschäftsgebahren. Abo-Falle und bis zum einlösen werden nicht mal die 24 Stunden kostenloses Abo eingehalten. Habe dieses Abo nie gewollt und nie genutzt. Frechheit.

This site is a scam. They tried to take money from me without my consent. I never even signed up for anything—it just popped up on my phone, and afterwards I started having problems with online payments. Thankfully, my bank detected the attempt and blocked it, but I still had to change everything, which now prevents me from making online payments. Such a huge inconvenience. I honestly don’t understand why people who run these kinds of fraudulent sites exist. I just hope they face the consequences of their actions one day.

siehe andere Kontakte - hab strafrechliche Maßnahmen eingeleitet, auch mir wurden 49 EUR abgebucht. Firma hab ich angeschrieben!

Obwohl ich keinen Vertrag habe wurde mein Konto mi 49 € belastet u der Betrag nicht zurückerstattet
