I don't know how this company is but have managed to take a subscription and admin fee payment from my account.

Hi I have just been told some very disturbing fact about this company and other scammers. I’ve always taught my children to cover up the camera part of their desk top and lap top, so scammers can’t take photos of you. 1 think we all forget is doing the same thing to our phones, cover up your camera. They take a photo of you, then buy something to get your bank to ask for biometric face recognition and put a facial photo of the victim and put it in the biometric frame. Yep it works, with the victim unaware the scammers have a photo of you.

Scam! Fraud! Do not engage with this company.

How the hell did they get my card and bank details. I’m on Apple iPad I now have no cards in my iPad wallet. Apple Pay leaves us wide open to scams like this one. I’ve stopped paying by phone use physical card from now on

Ive no idea how this company got my bank details, but they tried to take £29.99 from my bank account. Luckily my bank sent me a message to ask if id authorised the transaction to which i obviously replied No. As a result i now have no bank card to take on holiday with me this week.

This company are scumbags an advert came up as Apple Pay straight away without my releasing I wasn’t on the intended website anymore and it was subscribing to tech genius hq for £0 but a day later they take £29.99… can’t believe how many other people have been scammed too!

After reading other peoples reviews the same happened to me they took £29.90. God knows how I’m not getting back to me to cancel the subscription or give me my money back if it feels like fraud

I have no idea how I got caught up in this company, but they took £29.99 from my bank account..obviously not illegally, I obviously must have watched something or given my details at some point unwittingly, but the company name meant nothing to me. However, I contacted them and they refunded me in full and have assured me no further money will be taken. I need to be more digilant.

Big missunderstanding about a subscription, which has been sorted for me by very understanding and friendly customer service team within few days.

This all starts with a link to watch some online content. In my case footage of the air India crash. When you proceed using a card for a zero value transaction to prove your age you are taken to tech genius hq. The only way to cancel is in the email sent. Contact your bank and immediately order a replacement card. I didn’t get caught as I read the contents of the email

Scam! Attempting to deduct funds from credit card for no services rendered. £29.90 attempted. Report to your bank if it appears on your statement. Online fraudsters.

Their pop up was piggybacked onto Flight Radar App.
Like others I thought the 1p charge for the first day was just a token charge and paid it.
It was only then that the recurring charges came up and I realised that I had been scammed. Fortunately I was able to contact my bank straight away and block further payment.
There is an unsubscribe in small letters on their site but as I was unsure as to whether this would only block further emails, I took the above action.

SCAM NEVER USED THIS COMPANY. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A NEW CARD.

this is a spam site, I sent an email when I realised that they wanted £29.99 a month after paying 1p for a download I didn't see anything about starting subscription . the next day while waiting for a reply I noticed they took £14.99 from my account .

They were trying to charge £29 to my card. I’ve never given them my details nor familiar with their services.

Had to cancel my card and it will take over a week to receive a new one. Just right before Christmas it’s super inconvenient.

Please be aware and report it to your bank provider, cancel your card if you see charges from this scammers.

This company is a scam they signed me up to something I never agreed on so need this cancelled so will be going to my bank to raise a dispute. Please cancel this and refund £29.90 that was taken. This does not even deserve any stars !

Avoid! Thought I was downloading access to the RTE TV coverage of the Ireland v Finland game via their international partner (I'm in the UK). Managed to cancel but somehow they had my Pluxee card details. This is an app only account I have on my i-phone. Moral of my story is not to use my phone to download without checking first.
