First class customer service and repair
From dropping my PS5 off at the CeX centre I received a first class customer service and this continued through to the Tech Centre customer service manager. I was kept updated at all times and as promised, the console was repaired on time and at the promised agreed price. I would definitely use this repair centre again, if the need arises.

Great all round
Great communication, Easy process, full described and personally i think great value for money.
Meta 'help' was absolutely useless- a wasted 3 hours and told us is wasn't fixable.
But Tech Centre- so simple, couldn't have been more helpful and fixed the product.

I had a great experience with Tech Centre. I chose the DPD collection option and the pickup was really quick and convenient. Bumper repaired but other stuff happened
You managed to repair the bumper which was good but in the process some buttons were stiff and the right side grip part of the controller has partly come off and is bubbling.

Highly satisfied
1st time using a service like this it was Straight forward and easy too book in for repair and send off, i went dpd option and went to a locker,repair was done in 24hours and was returned pretty quick except when returning dpd couldn't put it in locker so had to wait a few extra days to have it delivered to my home address. Highly satisfied with the service reciveved especiallyfor £99, i have recommended to family and friends if they ever need to use Tech Centre.
