Excellent service from start to finish, having been kept up-to-date along the way. PS5 returned exactly when I told it would be. Good price and service all round.

The repair was quick and efficient.
While the price was slightly higher then expected, they covered all of my devices faults instead of just what it was sent in for. It was also easy to drop off and collect from my local cex. My only issue was the wait time was longer then what was promised

Sent my ps5 slim in for a simple HDMI fix came back within the 2 weeks got it back plugged it in but the slightest movement on the hdmi cable and the picture is gone... ontop of this the fan sounds like its about to take off like a jet plane never has it ever been like this i have been told it now needs liquid cooling fluid replaced i will not be comeing back hear again the only reson they got a 2 star is because they only thing done correctly was the shipping

It’s great that I could drop it off local to me and that my son’s VR was fixed.
However it took a very long time. 3 weeks.
After 10 days and not hearing anything I called them up and was told they had issues with DPD and still hadn’t received this so not really sure whose fault it was.
Had to also email in to make sure it was ready to collect on day they said it should be as I never got confirmation. Time was the only issue otherwise was a good job and cost what they said at offset.

My controller was back much earlier than expected and is working perfectly.

Fixed all the issues in my nintendo 3ds xl. Speakers were quiet, RB button was sticking and cameras didnt work. They fixed them all. Took around 2 weeks turn around from dropping off at CEX.

Fast and reliable, product fully repaired as if brand new

Repair was done and fixed and sent back to me in good condition, time was slightly long then expected. ( think this is due to CEX having set post days which isn’t mentioned when booking) price was good and cheaper then a new controller.

Only thing I would say for improvement and why I rated 4 stars is detail on what was repaired was minimal and no evidence or mention on how the repair was tested.

They did a general refurbishment on an Xbox controller I sent them and then it broke down again. I sent it back for what should've been an in warranty repair but was told I would be charge £26.99 for a second time. The repair was a relatively easy one and makes no sense for me to pay what would essentially mount up to be the price of a replacement controller.

Brilliant! Tech centre made everything easy. I was given a price online, then found it easy to use the drop off point. I was kept up to date with everything from item being collected, to being looked at, only once they fixed my Switch was I asked to pay, once paid they sent it back to my drop off point for collection.
Very happy with the service, great price too as I was quoted over double from Nintendo themselves!
Definitely recommended!!

Used to repair our boys Nintendo Switch through CEx, they did a great job and updated us throughout the process - nice touch that you get a two year warranty. Would definitely recommend.

I posted my pad to be repaired and the repair was complete and sent back within a few days, works like new again. Was a good choice to use tech centre instead of renewing my Xbox elite controller.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

I was worried about handing off my Nintendo switch, but it needed a WiFi chip repair. CEX said it’d be a week before Tech Centre even received it, so I emailed them to see if anything could be done. They collected it two days later and at this moment in time, it’s repaired and waiting to be sent back to me the day after they received it! I’m blown away by how quick and easy this experience has been. I’ll update my review once I’ve gotten my switch back. Thank you Tech Centre for making this experience so easy. 🙂
