Had a problem with disc reading on the ps5, sorted within a couple of hours according to the email updates which was great stuff!!
Only thing I would like is the reason it was playing up- I'm more than happy to still pay the money it was even just a quick dusting- still saves me £500!!
Will deffo use again:)

Smooth and effective service
Easy, great communication and fixed my 3DS up really nice. Fixed some damage to buttons and gave it a service and clean.

Fixed, but not cleaned.
Fixed up my item nicely, but I’d’ve thought they’d give it a little internal cleaning whilst they had the item open. Then again, I paid for a repair not a cleaning. Not a major.

Quick and reliable
Good fix. I was sold a dodgy controller which wouldn’t show on. Tech centre too it, fixed numerous party’s and replaced cables etc and had it back to me quickly.

First class customer service and repair
From dropping my PS5 off at the CeX centre I received a first class customer service and this continued through to the Tech Centre customer service manager. I was kept updated at all times and as promised, the console was repaired on time and at the promised agreed price. I would definitely use this repair centre again, if the need arises.
