TEC Bike Parts Arvostelua 

Tec Bike Parts were excellent throughout my purchase of a rack and side panel screws for my 2015 Triumph Bonneville Street Scrambler. They were there to guide and advice me on the parts and correct me from getting the wrong bits. The parts were exemplary quality and well finished. My opinion they were better than the oem parts i fitted to my 2010 Bonneville. Do keep up the good work peeps and thanks for being helpful friendly and pleasant to order from.

Bought sports rack for my Triumph street twin, opened and put on bike but wasn't keen on the look so decided to return.
Sent message asking the procedure expecting to pay the postage as their website says I have to if I change my mind.
Got email saying I can't return as I put it on the bike.
How else am I supposed to know what it looks and fits like??
Awful customer service and will avoid in the future.

I needed a luggage rack for my recently purchased 2012 Triumph Thruxton 900 motorcycle. I took a chance on TEC Bike Parts because their price was half of what similar racks were listed. The item arrived promptly, well packed and shipping was reasonable. The rack itself fit precisely and is very well made. I often travel with a camera case strapped to the bike, the camera and lens cost far more than the motorcycle itself. I feel confident the TEC rack will hold up well for years to come.

Ordered a gear linkage upgrade for the Enfield Meteor. Delivered nice and quickly and well packaged. Good quality well machined parts. Massive improvement over the original and no more vague gear changes. Very happy.

My review below was before this company decided to refund my money. It took a while and unfortunately me having the right a bad review before they refunded my money. However they did come clean and did fully refund my money. That is the reason for the four star, if I would not had to have made a bad review and they would have just refunded my money from the get-go I would have given them a five star. I want to thank Dave from customer service for refunding my money and for his understanding in this situation.

On February 26th 2025 I was searching for a center stand for my 2010 Triumph America. I checked out Tec bike parts USA, and they had one that was advertised as fitting all bonnevilles pertaining to my ear and also sprints. My Triumph America is a Bonneville, and it also said for mag wheels which I have. After receiving the part I noticed that the width of the center stand was much narrower than the width of my frame. I sent three emails out to customer service and got no reply. Just recently I sent them another email stating that I would let other people know what kind of service they give on the internet. They finally replied back stating, your your motorcycle doesn't have mag wheels so why would you even have ordered it. Then basically saying they would not refund my money. I then sent them an email back with a picture of my motorcycle showing the mag wheels and that I just wanted to refund my purchase. I have not gotten an answer back yet. So that is the reason for my low review. All they need to do is contact me refund my money and I will be fine with it. This company in my opinion is rip off. Good luck for all of you who go there.

Bought some rails on the site. I mistakenly selected two pairs instead of one. The team reached out to me to check the order and refunded the extra rails. Very professional, no hassle. Great experience!

Another great experience. Treated myself to a few bits of kit and delivery was lightning fast. There was a tiny issue in that a bolt, with one of the parts, was too short for my specific set up. Mailed in, asked advice, longer bolt fired over to me, arriving the next day. Outstanding service

I bought a sump guard for a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 from this company. Had a bit of a problem fitting it, but customer services sorted after some discussion.

I think they would benefit from producing some bike model specific instructions, but otherwise okay.

Just fitted the Gear lever to my RE Meteor 350. It went together really well and has made the gear change so much more pleasant. However I found that the pivot bolt when fully assembled runs VERY near the engine casing with the possibilty of scraping the casing. The solution seems to be to locate the ball joint externally of the gear lever rather than internally but this looks odd which spoils the look.

I purchased their set of long shrouded chromed shocks after contacting to confirm if they had matching replacement shocks for my Kawasaki EN500 A3 (1992).

I was very pleased with their helpful & knowledgeable advice, and they sent me soon afterwards to me once I found they came with stock 12mm bushes rather than the exact size ones needed to successfully fit them correctly. I was glad that I had the correct tools & WD40 for allowing the bushes to slide in more easily, and used my stanley knife to trim away excess rubber bushes to match the width of where the lower end of shocks must slide into with a tap from my rubber mallet due to it being slightly tight looking. Watching earlier Tec Bike Parts videos via their YouTube webpage is great for guidance & helpfiul hints in how to correctly fit replacement shocks.

Yes, I will buy from Tec Bike Parts from now on seeing their parts of good quality and of great value for money, but more so their customer service support is excellent in being knowledgeable and they reply within a day or so with good advice and any solutions to a problem too.

A good company and I hope they always remain in business with good value for money parts & great helpful YouTube videos too.

This is the second time I have ordered parts from TEC bike parts. First a few years back for a 2020 Triumph speed twin and now for a 1200 scrambler. I have not installed these latest parts yet but in terms of delivery times, TEC bike are simply sensational. I live all the way in New Zealand and its just so fast to arrive. Huge thank you for your outstanding customer service and also dedication and tutorial videos you post for your customers. This shows that you really care and are dedicated for your clients to have a fantastic experience. I will continue to support as long as you continue to deliver. Cheers team.

Bought a low level exhaust of eBay for my scrambler , it’s absolutely awful, doesn’t fit as it should , been made really badly and the worst thing of all , was happy to discuss with TEC if I have an option, or to return it without fuss, but they ignore every email, and think I found a phone no,(as it’s one of them company’s that don’t give phone nos, that should have been a red flag in itself cos that normally means they sell junk and gets lots of complaints so don’t want the phone calls) so no response at all, I want to return through the bay but trying to give them a chance to sort it first, Will contact trading standards next if no reply. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU EXPECT any kind of after sales help

Huge thank ,you to TEC just before my Cornish tour next week I noticed my rear shockabsorber bushes were splitting, as it was the weekend I sent TEC a message explaning my problem, to my surprise I recieved a prompt reply apologising for the problem saying that a replacement set was in the post. Problem solved no issues well done excellent service.

Great company to deal with have purchased the tail tidy and rear shocks for bsa goldstar 650 high quality parts the tail tidy takes the cruiser look away from the rear end and makes it look like a bsa of old unusual to get an aftermarket part that fits perfectly with out any modifications this did fast shipping to Northern Ireland at good postage cost 100% recommend

I've bought a few bits for my Triumph Scrambler 1200XE from Tec Bike Parts.
Their website deducts UK VAT, which makes ordering so much easier.
The heavier springs have much improved the rear suspension for my 115kg weight.
I tried the 300-X cam but it didn't work properly in the bike I have, the return was simple and the refund very quick. Tec Bikes use DHL for deliveries to Ireland and I even got a refund from them on the customs and VAT.
I've just ordered, and had delivered, the bar end mirrors, they were delivered very quickly and they are superb. Quality is excellent, the fitting video on YouTube meant I had the mirrors fitted within 10 minutes. They look and perform beautifully.
I can't recommend Tec Bike Parts enough. Fantastic products and their customer service is a measure not many can follow.

If this is the standard of service, I might have to start revising some of my other reviews down so this one stands out - these guys were brilliant. My original order was easy enough to complete; good price, quick shipping and well communicated. One of the items I ordered had a missing component, which I only discovered when I got round to fitting it about a month after I received it. Within a matter of a couple of days of contacting TEC Bike Parts, the issue had been resolved beyond my satisfaction. Really can't recommend highly enough.

I placed a couple of orders for my Triumph Scrambler with TEC and the quality of the parts received was excellent, with the very helpful instructional clips on YouTube making fitting a breeze. Royal Mail managed to mislay my first order; TEC responded immediately and dispatched a replacement, without any drama whatsoever. Nice people with a great approach and they're here in the UK - what's not to like?

Tec Bike Parts make the best products for the Royal Enfield. Their customer service is the best in terms of speed of response and knowledge.
According to their website they don't ship to Kenya. When I contacted them for my requirements they made an exception and I received my parts in record time. They have done this now for 2 orders. I cannot praise them enough for their level of service delivery and quality of their products. Thank you Tec Bike Parts

I bought a used pair of their adjustable damping shocks for my Interceptor. One of the metal sleeves out of the top rubber mounting bush was missing.
I contacted TEC and they sent a replacement pair the following day at no charge !
