Worst customer servicet
Bought a water fountain via B&Q via Teamson Europe. Item arrived on the 15 September 2023. After 5 days the item stopped working. The item was charged for 3 days the instruction advised that it needed direct sunlight for 2 days.
I have followed the instructions, done the all the troubleshooting to get the item working but it is still not working.
I have requested a returned and refund but Teamson has tried to palm me off & made excuse after excuse not to collect and refund my money for the defective item. I have recorded their response below for information this has been the back & forth response all day from them to avoid collecting & refunding. They have a duty under the consumer act to issue a refund. The item is not fit for purpose. Buyers please do not purchase any items from this unprofessional company. I will be pursing this with consumer advice.

Please see response l got from Charlotte today. Amy is not being honest. This is not a company that customers should be buying from.It's unreasonable to suggest that they will only collect when the item is unused, dismantle & in the same box, knowing fully well that the item was put up & used how else would l know it wasn't working. For avoidance of doubt perhaps Amy & Charlotte should read the instructions that confirms that the item needs to be fully charged for 2 days. I left it in direct sunlight for 3 days & the item is still not working. Consumer advice is all over this. This is a direct breach of Consumer advice code. I have only had the item for 7 days and l have been given the run around by two dishonest jobsworth.

As we appreciate and understand the frustrations when a product is not working correctly, in this instance i can see that when we were notified of the potential fault we then supplied the troubleshooting steps stipulated by the manufacturing Factory.
We do understand that the assembly instructions request for the panel to be charged for 2 days, however when this does not provide sufficient charge to the Solar Panel - we then advise for the Troubleshooting steps to be followed which is a minimum of 5 days for the panel to be charged in a disconnected position (this is due to the size of the panel and the power required to run the Fountain at full capacity)
We sincerely apologise if this has been interoperated as an attempt to not provide a sufficient resolution - This is of course not our intention as we wish to assist as effectively as possible.
I can see that we have contacted you today with the return instructions to then perform the desired return.

My fountain stopped working after a few…
My fountain stopped working after a few months and I contacted customer service who immediately sent a substitute solar panel out but it didn’t solve the problem , so I contacted them again and sent a new pump out to me which arrived very quickly and I am pleased to say that my fountain is working again in my sons garden in memory of him .

The product is perfect. My granddaughter loves play with it. There was a problem with one of the parts, but Teamson resolved it quickly. I was impressed by the instructions and packaging of the flat pack. Each instruction demonstrates what parts are required for the assembly and all the components are clearly labelled. I thoroughly recommend this product.

Brunnen nach kürzester Zeit defekt, seht schlechte Reklamationsbearbeitung.
Im März 23 einen Brunnen mit LED-Beleuchtung bestellt, die bereits 3 Monate später defekt war. Statt Austausch wurde uns ein Mini-Nachlass von 10% angeboten. Da wir lieber einen vollständig funktionierenden Brunnen wollen, haben wir um Austausch gebeten. Darauf warten wir nun seit 5 Wochen! Auf nochmalige Anfrage kam eine E-Mail (auf französisch!!!) das es mind. Ende September wird. Es kam dafür auch weder ein Angebot über höheren Nachlass noch über die komplette Rückgabe. Nie wieder!

When a product failure is raised with ourselves, we do ask for the initial Troubleshooting steps to be completed as this will then assist us in providing the correct after sale advise - It will also help us determine the cause of the fault especially when dealing with products connected to Gas.
I can see within the correspondence with yourself, we unfortunately had sold out of your particular model which is why free of charge return was offered, in order for us to accept returns our products need to be within the internal/exterior packaging to avoid any damage on the return journey.
However, i can see that a suitable resolution was proposed and accepted between ourselves and we trust that the matter has now been resolved.

Worst company I’ve dealt with
Worst company I’ve dealt with.
Places an order over a month ago.
No order turned up
I contacted them and they advised they had switched couriers, so I gave opportunity to fix.
Still no order.
I then had a courier come to my door for a “collection”??!? I hadn’t even received my order!
I then demanded a refund.
Was told it was requested - after 10days still no refund
I then contacted them again complaining and they then requested the refund? This was 3 days ago.
At the moment still no refund assuming it’s on its way??????

We apologise greatly for receiving a poor delivery service from ourselves/our nominated courier service.
After investigating this incident, i am sincerely sorry for the failures on behalf of the courier - A large number of heavy goods couriers within the UK have experienced an unexpected increase in Volume this year with the administration of one of the largest companies within the network, this means that additional pressure was placed amongst the couriers and their usual services suffered as a consequence.
We understand that they delays that entailed were very frustrating for our customers, it is disappointing that this affected our usual delivery service.
I can also see that the refund has been issued to yourself, we trust that the matter has now been resolved in full.

I am having to go down the middle on…
I am having to go down the middle on this review because it took over 2 weeks for my garden furniture to arrive,
This was no fault of the company at all it was all the fault of there delivery company XPD who are quite easily the worst delivery company in the UK just look at there reviews, if Teamsons change there delivery company this would have been 5 star and all the way because of the 3 ladies that dealt with my order l was in contact daly with Amy Jackie or Rebekah these lady’s are a credit to your company and I would also like to thank there shipping manger (I don’t know his/her name) for sorting out a new delivery with another company.
