Arrived in time and doll house size is great, sturdy and the wooden furniture is a great size too. Colours are also neutral and catchy. Daughter really loves it and plays for hours.

When I ordered my water feature I didn't realise it was a pre ordered and that I would have to wait so long for delivery. When it arrived it was well packed and in good order. When I got it working I was delighted the gentle stream of water very calming

i ordered a table which was delivered without legs. i contacted customer service and asked them to deliver the legs, which was confirmed. now the whole table has been delivered again, again without the legs. apparently they just want to empty their warehouse. i am now sitting on 2 tables without legs. to dispose of them, i would have to go to a recycling centre here in germany, which costs a lot of money, and i also have no way of transporting the tables in my small car. i have to hire a trailer for this, which again costs a fortune. the customer service is rubbish, it doesn't help at all. embarrassing and unacceptable!

The fire pit was exactly as described, it was a replacement for the one I have had for four years, perfect for the job, good quality and promptly delivered
