The reservation was planned well
The reservation was planned well. Both the driver and the company contacted us several days before our trip. On the day of the journey, we were in contact with them from the moment we arrived. The pick-up point was explained very clearly, and the driver sent us a photo showing exactly where to meet.
The company also followed up by phone and message to confirm that we had been able to contact the driver and had successfully boarded the vehicle.

Unprofessional service
Unprofessional service. The driver wanted to drop us off far from our apartment so we would walk, even though it was possible to reach it by car; in the end, he dropped us off nearby. The vehicle was full of empty water bottles and still had the protective covers on from being in an auto repair shop. Annoyed at having to drop us off closer to the apartment, the driver refused to get out to help us with our luggage
