I had the pleasure to be using Taxi2Cardiff twice in the past few days, going to London for business purposes. It was an Airport taxi transfer. Since the first time I was getting in touch with the company I was kept right with clear communication, reassurance and professionalism. Such a great and very friendly staff. I was kept informed by the administrator Sahib about everything I had to do to make the taxi airport transfer easy. Thank you for everything you did! I trust this company and will contact them all the time when I need an Airport Transfer as a new one is coming for me in October. Not just a ride!
The booking process was fast and easy. I was not just a booking but a very looked after client. I was happy with the service provided. I was contacted by a customer care representative, Rehman, who was with me from the start of the booking till the end of the ride. I was impressed by the service! Rehman gave me a peace of mind because as a tourist being in a foreign country I needed to feel safe. Rehman made sure that the driver arrived to pick us on time, and that we were taken to the drop off address. Complete and continuous communication. Couldn’t ask for more!
