Fast and friendly delivery

The window was missed. There was no communication. My delivery arrived at 8:30 p.m., quite late relative to the chosen time window.

Victor did a great job and positioned the furniture as needed. He was kind courteous, and discarded the boxes and ensure the mattresses were placed appropriately

They were on time, responsive and professional.

Ty he closet looks great and John Carlo was friendly and fast with the install. He was very neat and organized. The only thing I would recommend is to have the customer try hanging some clothes so if the shelf needs adjustment before putting on the covers. Thank you.

I engaged Task Rabbit on the recommendation of The container Store in Austin. The items were not delivered to me personally but to TouchMark to my apartment in Independent Living. So my comments will be limited. It was very easy hiring your service — all on line. Pick up at the Container Store and delivery to TouchMark seemed to go seamlessly and on the date and time promised. I would not hesitate to use your service again. And would be happy to recommend to others needing your service again

Great. Love Dolly better than regular delivery

Back when I used Dolly, I had good experiences with delivery services and the pricing was more transparent. With Taskrabbit, I was assigned movers with a van right away even though I’d asked for a pickup truck (cheaper). The bed frame was already disassembled, which I could have taken in my car, and the recipient assembled it. There were no stairs at either location. I did ask for the old queen mattress and box frame to be hauled away, maybe that accounted for the additional charge after the move was done. The movers themselves were fine but I don’t know how this got so expensive so quickly. There was a delay in pickup because the seller gave us the wrong address (not my fault). The movers were upset because I think they’d booked another job shortly after this one (again, not my fault).
The cost incurred has me thinking twice about using Taskrabbit again. It’s too bad, because I think Dolly was a good service when I used it. I could have hired guys with a truck from my community at a much cheaper flat rate.

They were on time! And very friendly! So easy to work with!!

The delivery driver dropped our items at the garage door and left without even knocking or notifying us that the delivery had arrived. Shortly afterward, Taskrabbit began flooding my phone with requests for a tip.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. There was no apparent way to speak with an actual person, only automated systems that offered no meaningful assistance.

I find it unacceptable to be repeatedly asked for a tip when the most basic level of customer service wasn't provided. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be using Taskrabbit again.
