I liked that the movers were able to…
I liked that the movers were able to get all requested items into the truck I rented. I dislike that the movers couldn’t help take the items off of the truck. Lastly the movers damaged two headboards I have.

Great value, wonderful helper
It was easy to book, the price was reasonable, and more than anything else, my helper was amazing! Despite the sweltering temperature in Chicago, he had a great, can-do attitude, was super strong and smart! We got it all moved faster than I thought it could be!

Fantastic Team + Experience

Delivery of services was not good
1) I expected the person named in the app, Julio C., he was not there, two other people showed up. They were not good at time management nor packing efficiently. I still have more boxes that were never touched.
2) They tried to leave before completion, my larger items were left in the hall but they eventually moved them inside the apartment.
I am extremely unhappy with the amount of items that were moved in a four hour time period. I doubt I would use this app again..

Terrible experience
Downgraded my service, cost me more money on multiple trips than was discounted, and several items could not be moved due to the downgrade. Will never use this service again and will actively tell people to avoid using the service. Professional movers would have been cheaper, faster, and would not have missed anything.
