Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) Arvostelua 

I went to app to cancel a job. The job did not appear, so I assumed my wife canceled. Days later I get a call the guys are 15 min away! Called CS and was told the job was not canceled! I replied it doesn't show on my app. They asked if I used IOS or Android. I replied Android. Oh, the rep said, we don't support Android to cancel. I said really? It's 2026, almost 2027! 46% of people in the USA use Android!! I was informed I would be charged for the whole job. But we'll give you $30 off your next job. Unacceptable!

The scheduling was quick and the driver showed up on time.

Juan and Ricardo were wonderful. Efficient, fast, strong, and ready to solve some of the furniture moving problems. Very patient with our indecision, too.

Unfortunately did not arrive during expected delivery time window. This pick up was scheduled at 11:00am at Ikea, abiding by the 90min time buffer allotted for the task I scheduled The task rabbit team members delivery time to be from “2:30pm-4:30pm”, my item wasn't picked up from Ikea until 6:21pm, delivered roughly around 6:40pm. The task team member however did help me move my item up one flight of stairs inside my home.

Overall great experience. Went about as smooth as possible however I wish I could see the taskers ratings when they accept the job so I had an idea of who’s coming. I felt nervous not really knowing who’s showing up but they were great and got the job done, and it wasn’t an easy move!

It seems taskrabbit's text message that he would arrive between 09:00am and 09:30am was not in synch with the actual delivery driver, who said he was travelling from Denver, and he got here after 10am.

Delivery was precisely in the timeframe provided.
Delivery person assisted with carrying box up the front stairs, down the hallway & into the kitchen.

Great communication, they were on time, very professional and had a great attitude. The move went very smoothly and they adapted amazingly well to a less than ideal load out situation. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely use them again!

The movers were two hours later than their scheduled time. By the time they arrived, we didn’t need moving help, we had basically finished moving all of our items. I hired two helpers and didn’t meet one of them. They also set the task to “in progress” over an hour before arriving at my home. This is a scam, I will not be using this service again.

On time , quick and efficient
They were very respectful of my property.

Marvin was extremely professional, helpful, kind, and responsible. I really enjoyed working with him and will definitely want to hire him in the future if I need to move again. Whether a piece of furniture or a big, Marvin is the guy. 5 stars all the way through

The two fellows who came were on time, professional and delivered my item without a hitch.

These guys were great. They were personal and after they left, I never gave a moment thought to whether or not my item would arrive safely.

That’s the kind of confidence they inspired.

This company was fast , delivered safe but it was strange that he didn’t ring the doorbell. He left it safe outside and left .

Was extremely helpful last minute to be able to have help moving my stuff when my original plans fell through. Was a decent price! Prevented me from hurting myself and being an inconvenience to others. Will definitely use task rabbit again, and spread the word.

On time , very helpful
