Great choice of flooring I got the exact colour I wanted at a great price. Delivery men very polite and helpful.

We were unsure about the style of furniture we wanted for our garden
So we got talking to a member of staff who looked at the. Size of the garden and what was already in the garden and that’s when the magic happened we our now spending all day in the garden because it’s amazing

We bought 2 pictures, hey we're not, in my opinion cheap pictures. Fortunately before purchasing them I asked if I could measure them and then see if I could fit them in the car. Wise decision as whilst I would have got them through the back doors due to the internal door handles wouldnt have been able to shut tge doors.
No problem we paid for delivery. And almost 10 days later having had a day off work for delivery they arrived. The pictures are very nice and attract you to touch. Which turned out beneficial as one of the pictures had something protuding from the center batten which could have pierced the canvass. After emailing customer services was asked to take photos. Extreamly difficult to communicate by phone as you end up in queue and on several occasions after 40 - 50 mins and getting to first in the queue only to be cut off. We went into store and explained but really apart from purchasing a clock and paying for that to be delivered was a waste of time. A week later after taking more time off work they turned up with a replacement picture minus the clock. Guess what? The picture had the same fault. Another half days holiday waisted.they took picture back at least no explanation on clock. Now we have to wait another week for yet another delivery and they had the nerve to charge us delivery for a clock when they had to come twice to replace faulty goods. Very nice goods to be fair but not a nice delivery or no urgency to correct what is obviously wrong. Looking for patio furniture but wide berth given to this one. Pretty poor customer satisfaction. no special effort to correct the things that can from time to time go wrong anywhere.

Excellent service offering great advice, competitive pricing, quality product, great warranty and delivery was punctual and courteous. Highly recommend this company

Delivery gentlemen were prompt, very helpful and pleasant. They set it all up for me and answered any questions I had.

Messed up my 1st order leaving me waiting for 2 weeks only to then tell me item was sold out , ordered a alternative item item that was more expensive the delivery was awful all left on the front roadside no help at all , then when we eventually got everything in back garden an unpacked items were damaged! Rang up to complain was eventually offered a measly 100 pound voucher to spend in store which is not even close to what we wanted but they wouldn't budge, awful company an service if I could give minus stars I would .

Amazing experience loved shopping and our garden furniture was brilliant quality with quick delivery.

The guy in the department looking at media walls was super helpful and patient with us whilst we tried to make up our mind what we wanted.
He also responsed quickly out of hours via Whatsapp when we finally got our measurements and agreed our order.
He went above and beyond and would highly recommed a visit

Order, paid for and confirmed. Part order delivered and still waiting for the 2nd part of my delivery. 18weeks with no notice on invoice or order confirmation and no communication. Numerous emails sent and calls made for them to go to voicemail after 40mins trying to get through and been number 1 in the queue

We ordered a settee and chair in January and it took until June to get the whole delivery, staff are great though

I ordered garden furniture on the 1st may with no definite delivery date was given but they said it would be by the middle of June . They never contacted me to discuss delivering the furniture so I chased them on the 10th June and they said it would be deliveries in 1-2 weeks.
Still heard nothing chased then again to then be told it could be delivered the middle July but they can’t guarantee it. I have emailed them 2 days ago to escalate this further and no one has replied. Clearly selling items they can’t get hold of which isn’t good enough. They don’t seem to care if you spend money with them or not !

We went to look at the media walls. Nick from Costello was really friendly and very informative and we are definitely going to purchase one very soon. While we were there we stopped off at the I store cafe. The roast dinner platter for two was absolutely delicious. The staff were lovely and friendly. We will definitely be going back for another visit very soon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Taskers amazing quality for furniture reasonably priced the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable ordered a 2 seater settee was delivered within 6 weeks even tho we where told 12 weeks delivered with care communication was excellent kept me informed right through to delivery time really happy would definitely recommend Taskers a great place to shop

After an issue with the first order where the item was damaged in warehouse, our experience of Taskers is that their customer service is next to none. We dealt with Lyndsey from the start. Accessible and friendly , she had the whole issue sorted out in an hour. The replacement goods have arrived with absolutely no extra cost to us. Both sets of delivery people were knowledgeable and friendly. First class service. Highly recommend.
