The parts arrived exactly as he said they would and they are perfect and my top is now working -good old-fashioned top quality customer service it’s quite a rarity these days- well done!

Steve was so helpful and guided me through the process of checking which new cartridge was causing the dripping from the spout. I learnt something new with his instructions! He kindly ordered the replacement part and some extras which he assures me will fix the problem. His clear instructions has made my day after struggling for hours to work out a solution on my own. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Steve.

As I ordered using PayPal the billing address was fine but delivery address defaulted to my old one, nothing was too much trouble for Lindsey, she helped me, called DPD to fix the issue and contacted me again with an update. As you'd dream customer service should be, would use again just because of Lindsey
