Tap-Spares Arvostelua

Steve was very helpful from my first email to the last. He sent all the relevant information that I needed to complete the repair.

I enquired about identifying a specific part for a 14yr old tap, tap-spares ID it in a short period, I confirmed it with a lovely lady on the phone and within 2 days the correct part for my kitchen tap arrived. Excellent job thoroughly recommend this company

Steve from the customer care telephone service desk was so knowledgeable, professional and polite.
Steve has given me back confidence in after sales/customer care !
It was like going back in time when automated/Bots didn’t exist.
Fantastic to speak to a real person knowing their trade.
Well done to Steve and well done to this company for caring about their customers.

Had the difficult to find part that I needed and it arrived quickly

I contacted the CET Team at ABODE and spoke with a man called Steve. His knowledge and expertise in his field was outstanding and he went further with his customer care which is a credit to your company! I’d like to take this opportunity through this review to personally thank him and also congratulate your company to his commitment to solving my query!
Thank you and well done!

the tap barrel i ordered arrived swiftly, fitted into the tap and stopped the leak.

Telephone call answered quickly, friendly helpful response from the lady who answered.
The spare parts were dispatched quickly and with instructions

i was looking for a spare part for a kitchen tap and was struggling to find it. i contacted tap spares because it looked like you had a part which might match but was unsure of the size of the parts you had. so i phoned and asked and was put through to the warehouse who i was told should be able to help. they could not offer any help on the dimensions of the parts to see if it was the correct size for what i needed. so i ordered a number of versions of the same part in desperation to discover none of them were close to fitting. so it was not a great experience overall. not terrible but not great.

I needed replacement parts for an Atlas aquifier Abode tap. I telephoned Tap Spares and spoke to a very knowledgeable lady who talked me through what was required ,also established the age of the tap to ensure correct parts would be supplied. Order placed and items received within 2 days.
Fitting instructions were emailed.
An excellent service all round.
Well done Tap Spares.
