If there was a minus star they would get it. Dresses were absolute crap from china and the return process a joke. I’m still waiting on a refund after months and bring ignored. Never mind them deducting £25 shipping cost. A total bandit company, don’t go near them.

Do not purchase items from Sylverton, if I could give no stars or - stars I would. The product received was very poor quality and bore little resemblance to the photo. On requesting a full refund I have had to return product to china for a considerable cost. I have emailed a number of times as the product should have been received but I have had no response. When emailed initially to request a refund I had an immediate response trying to offer discounts on other items if I kept goods, now I cannot get a response having sent numerous emails asking them to confirm receipt of the shoddy garment.

I bought a jacket from Silverton on line. When it arrived it bore little resemblance to the jacket in the picture on the website and was of poor quality. When I asked for a refund they were only willing to exchange it for another garment, which I didn"t want. For a refund they said I must return the garment to them at their address in China at a cost of around £25. The packaging the jacket was sent to me in had a return address in the UK so I sent it back to them there. It was returned to me as undeliverable. My credit card, via my bank, eventually refunded the money (a useful tip learned from a post on Trustpilot) but this took several months and quite a lot of bureaucracy.

Was a bit disappointed in the time it took to respond to my email about how to return my item. But eventually it got sorted and was happy with the outcome

I would give no stars if i could!! Took several weeks for the order to arrive. Their website says u can return items, but when u get tge return details you have to use tracked postage to China, not Amsterdam where it was delivered from. It cost me £34 postage and they have informed me it will rake 4 - 8 weeks to process the return. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

The item was never delivered. They will not refund and are asking me to chase it with the delivery company.

Like everyone else has said. avoid this website at all costs. Only wish i had looked at trustpilot before purchasing my item. The company should not falsely advertise a product and then send a cheap printed version. I have never seen such poor quality. It is a con and then they offer a refund but it costs you £25 to send it back. STAY CLEAR

Like all the rest of the reviews do not buy anything from this website, it takes weeks and is being sent from China. Poor quality products and if you want to return the products you have to pay for the shipping fees which can cost more than the product.

Your best bet it to contact your bank and ask them to cancel the transaction and get your money back. My bank refunded me.

DO NOT use this website. I should’ve checked reviews before buying a £30 jumper. Photos advertise as a cosy knitted hoodie, images have clearly been stolen from someone else. Instead I received a China-made 100% polyester cheap printed jumper with the pattern COMPLETELY BLURRED. Can’t have cost them more than £1 to make. I’ve emailed customer service over 3 times this week and still received nothing back from them regarding how to return. They won’t provide return shipping address so I have no way of getting my money back. Avoid at all costs. Should be illegal to have a business like this.

This trousers I ordered were cotton and extremely poor quality the website said they were Linen. It took me 2 weeks of msg to them for information on how to return this rubbish and they finally answered me just before my 30 day window was up for a refund. Apparently
I had to return them at my own cost to CHINA which would have cost me £25.00!!! Not mentioned on their website for obvious reasons.
GO TO YOUR BANK AND REQUEST AN CHARGE BACK.
I had a full refund within 4 days.
They do not even want the items back and I’m not surprised because they are dreadful.
I had to give 1 star because l’m unable to give a zero.

If I could put a lower rating I would this company lies . I ordered a dress it didn’t fit right so I wanted to send it back I paid for shipping the dress has been received by the company but they won’t refund me and now are ignoring my emails. It’s so wrong and now I can’t do anything about it .stay away from this site

Shocking! 7 weeks later the boots turned up! Instead of leather boots, I received a lovely pair of plastic boots, totally different from the pictures. Un wearable, straight in the bin! They would be better off just taking my money and don't send anything.

Very, very delayed delivery of completely shoddy, undersized goods (that wouldn't fit a 10 yr old).
Now, of course, no reply to email requests for instructions to return.

This company is a disgrace and a scam. The “tailored” jacket that my teenage daughter saved up for is nothing like the image on the website - what arrived was a composite fleece type thing - and it has marks on it. Shipping took forever too because they were moving warehouses. I wish I’d thought to look at reviews before ordering. I asked how I obtain a refund and that process is a joke the woman basically stated that it could take up to 8 weeks and the item might get stuck at customs anyway !!! What a scam site this is! DO NOT USE!

I am currently having chemotherapy and needed a new outfit for Mother’s Day to help me feel more confident to go out with my family. I’m not working because of the treatment and have wasted £54 on this outfit. I have tried numerous times to get my money back. Complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

They are crooks.. First of all they give wrong description of item. I ordered a trousers set. They claim is silk, but when i received it i noticed is cheap polyester.
I requested 3 times instructions how to return order, but no reply. Tried to phone them, with no luck..

China not the Holland only noticed when checking how long it seemed to take to arrive. Expected the worst based on previous reviews but actually all the clothes fitted and were fine, if not necessarily safe stood near a naked flame! The reason I’m giving 1 star is that there was an item missing some shoes . I contacted the site and they were initially very quick to respond and advised that they were unable to check whether dispatched as warehouse had moved. Agreed contact after 4th March and they would check and if not dispatched I would get a refund. I have sent 3 emails and one message via the chat bot. Non have been responded to odd given I received several emails when I first brought the issue to the attention of the support team! £40 out of pocket not the end of the world but not the point I’ll chase again of not thankfully I’ll go through my credit card company! Sylveton initially you seemed ok now I’m disappointed! I doubt you read these but if you do the order number is: #ST15117 have some integrity and refund or send item!!

I haven’t received my order after a month and still haven’t had an email response after asking where it is.

The team at Sylverton have been incredibly helpful, communication was extremely good. I am very pleased with the dress which I ordered and would not hesitate to order from this company again

All their products (ladies clothing mainly) are manufactured in China. They do not generally use sustainable materials but rather petrochemical manufactured fabrics. No where in the descriptions of Sylverton products does it specify the type of fabric the clothes are made from. There is a trap involved with using this companies website. The trap is they deduct your card/method of payment as soon as the order is finished but then you wait for the product to be sent. When you receive the product (in my case Evy Winter Cardigan) you find it is nothing like the picture of the product shown on the website.
It takes a good two weeks for orders to be shipped from China. They very politely tell you that they can't offer a refund but they will allow you to select something else to the value plus 20% bonus. This doesn't help because everything isn't as described and pictured. You are left to demand a refund but the cost of returning the item would far exceed your refund since the product has to be returned to China.
Beware this website. It's not worth loosing your money (like I did!)
