Switch Together has saved us money
Switch Together has been very useful. Their partnership with Sustain Homes to provide homeowners in Essex with air source heat pumps in conjunction with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme has saved us at least £4000 compared to a quote received from a local company.

Process should show the address of the property
The software and online process is problematic if you are dealing with more than one property, as it does not automatically show the address of the property you are accepting a quote or when paying the initial fee. When you get further into the process you also realise the quote is simply a ‘from’ price and could be far higher … almost bait and switch. Currently sceptical, I will find out how far the initial quote varies from the actual quote after the property has been inspected.
