Solec Electrical Services installed 16 solar panels at our home and completed an excellent job from start to finish.
Ben Allen carried out the initial survey, clearly explaining the benefits and providing a detailed quotation along with finance options. The warranties offered gave us real confidence – 30 years on the roof-mounted solar panels, 15 years on the charger, and 10 years on the batteries.
The installation was well organised. Scaffolding was installed the day before, and the following morning at 8:30am, Colin, Jake, and Lee arrived. The engineers worked efficiently as a great team, completing the installation in just 5 hours.

From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept me informed at every stage. They explained how the system works making it easy to understand.
The installation itself is neat and tidy, with no mess left behind. Johnny, Sam and Spencer were our fabulous installation team.
The scaffolders also worked well together and were an excellent team.

The guys that came to install our solar panels were very friendly, considerate abd efficient. Its a complex job but they did it quietly and quickly with little disruption to us and our day apart from having to be there. They helped us install the app and explained how to monitor and manage the solar power. Excellent service all round!

The team fit my system today, couldn’t ask for a better service and couldn’t be happier with the standard of the work they have done.
The office has been helpful with all needs, making it a easy and stress free experience!

I approached this company having know the excellent work they have done over the many years I have worked alongside them. Knowing they were reliable and that I would have the best work completed they carried out electrical work to my first bought property and checked over my electrics giving me confidence in safety. I have also recommended them to install electrics to extensions to my families property and will be reaching out to them shortly for more work. Always a pleasure.

Cold caller being rude and refusing to get off property when asked to leave vulnerable adults alone. Ignoring notes on doors saying “No cold callers”. Said he represented this company, had no ID, no branded materials.. had to repeatedly ask the company name as he didn’t seem to know the full name so I could check whether it was legitimate.. Had to call the police because of his behaviour and actions as I was so concerned for our elderly neighbours being taken advantage of.. and that he was very much not professional and seemed like another con-artist. TBF I’m assuming that the name he eventually gave was correct one, but only as when I told him I was calling the police he didn’t seem that worried and carried on knocking on people’s doors.. but please make sure your door sales people respect property rights and know who exactly they work for if they could be knocking on the door of vulnerable people!! Also if your answered your phones then people could check with you..

Spencer and benji installed my solar panels and battery . Excellent job all round. Working through poor conditions. Would definitely recommend solec. Smooth well informed process from start to finish

Solec Electrical Services Ltd recently installed an electric vehicle charging point to my detached garage, navigating quite a difficult route, and the whole experience was first class.

The installation was carried out professionally, efficiently, and to a very high standard. Everything was clearly explained during the process, and the work was completed exactly as expected.

What really stood out was the follow-up support after the install. Any questions I had about the charger’s function or operation were answered promptly and clearly, which made getting up and running completely hassle-free.

Solec fitted my original ESS battery storage last year, and were the first choice to have an additional module fitted. They are a friendly and efficient group of people and will continue to be my preferred supplier.

I would strongly recommend solec electrical services to anyone looking to invest into solar. I had my equipment fit on october 19th. Start to finish it couldn’t have went any smoother. Office staff very friendly and helpful. The 3 lads who come to install completed in 1 day very effective and efficient. Couldn’t recommend enough.
