Unicom Arvostelua 

My previous review. i was with Unicom from Sept 22 to December 2022. received many threatening emails and only one bill. Spoke to really nice lady who agreed the final bill and a payment plan.
In September 2023 (final payment August 2023) they took a further amount from our bank. They said I owed them more money, never sent me a bill or communication.
I explained that they never had permission to take the money from my bank. it was only agreed for the payment plan. I was told " you owed the money we took it".
there are a few really good employee's at this company, they listen and try to help. The rest of them should be given a dictionary so they can look up the meaning of "Customer Service", without us they wouldn't have a job.

Mark was brilliant helping out with broadband and digital telephone line today! Very patient and very helpful! Deserves a pay rise! Thanks mark.

The agent kept his promise and phoned me back the next day as planned. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable

I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Lee for his exceptional customer service. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with when shopping business phone service. I'm a small business owner trying to save on services that are getting out of hand. Seems like this was the way to go cause Lee explained they can even handle card payments.

We've been with Unicom for a good number of years and never had any complaints. Their customer service is spot on & you always get to speak to someone and get their name as a reference.

What can I say Lee at Unicom, 5 star service. Myself and my husband are so impressed with the service we just received. Made us feel at ease and very helpful and reassuring. Would defiantly recommend this company. 5 Stars from us, we are very happy customers.

We've just left Unicom after almost five years of cover with their "All in one" plan that provided us with electric, water, gas, broadband, phone line and even a mobile phone.
Had we not been selling our business, we would have continued with Unicom for as long as we were in the premises.
Throughout our time with them, they were pleasant to deal with, easy to contact and very well priced.
Even through the recent energy prices crisis, their prices remained fixed and honoured as per the contract. As this didn't always seem to be happening elsewhere, we are really grateful to them for that.
The process of leaving was also very quick and easy, unlike other companies we've dealt with in the past, such as BES.
So, we'd heartily recommend Unicom to anyone with a business, we've already suggested them to several people and will be doing so in the future too!
