I have been trying to resolve a complaint with Kynex regarding a business mobile agreement. I entered into the agreement after being verbally advised that my monthly cost would be around £13 plus VAT. I later found that the cost was significantly higher once the discount period ended. I have raised this with Kynex and requested a reasonable solution, but the only option offered has been to sign a new 36-month agreement. Otherwise they say acceptable to charge me £65 per month unless I sign up for another three years.I am disappointed that no compromise has been offered despite trying to resolve this directly.

Called me 2 days in a row about a job offer and as soon as I saw this I called them back to be met with a lady who took my name and cut me off as I was talking about to reason I was calling back for her to tell me she will transfer me to someone to then be met with a man who was very polite but seemed very uninformed and not interested why I called like the last when he finally either heard/understood why I was calling I was put on hold again and then told I would be called back within the next couple of mins the lady had said in the voice mails that there was no experience needed and I seemed a perfect fit after apparently reading my CV to then be asked about my last work and why I had not been working for the past year I explained even tho this is very private and personal and for this to not even be a job interview but just a phone call I still told this random woman to be cut off mid sentence and be told I would unfortunately not be the right fit and to enjoy the rest of my day do not call me waisting my time I need a job and I have been putting in a lot of effort for you to be incompetent to actually read my cv and be rediculos rude all 3 of the “people” I spoke to

THREE MONTHS IN AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MOBILE PHONE TO BE DELIVERED AND NO SIGN OF MY REFUND FOR WAITING FOR MY MOBILE !!!!This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with in my entire life . The only reason why kynex ratings are any good is because they get you to leave a review whilst you’re on the phone to them on the day you’re signing up with the deal that they’re offering you . This is rediculous considering you have had no time to judge them , you’re cohered to do it while they’re on the phone !
I’m on a business tariff , the 02 signal was really bad so have been dealing with 02 DIRECT . Kynex after being told in heated conversation to stop harassing me every day with the same conversation that they haven't heard anything from 02 keep ringing me everyday to tell me that they haven't heard anything from 02 . I have repeatedly asked them why and that I’m dealing with 02 but feel now that it’s amusing to them to keep ringing me ! No mobile phone I phone 17 pro max , no refund , never an apology that they’re not holding up their end of the contract no apology that after 6 or so weeks that they still haven't paid my refund but daily phone calls to tell me 02 haven't contacted them about my signal issue ! This has to be harassment !

This company also goes by the name of Kynex and Clear Business - they all sign up customers on mobile / broadband services - preying on small businesses who do not have the same cooling off period as consumers. Be aware you are signing up to a rolling contract - after your initial discount runs out the only way to keep even a broadly competitive price is to agree to a new 3 year contract at review. Do not touch this company.

A company with illegal practices in breach of contract. I will be attempting to take them to court. Please someone get this company off the grid

Have been with this company for a year and had absolutely nothing but problems. Everytime I leave a bad review, they call me and blackmail me into removing the review! They keep cancelling my direct debit so then they cancel my customer bonus. I’m paying over £166 a month for two sims- literally just 2 SIM cards, it’s rediculous and an absolute rip off. DO NOT DEAL WITH This SCAMMING COMPANY. They are now trying to set up new review pages but it won’t work I’m afraid cos I will find them everytime and tell people what they really are.

These lot told me I would receive a free S24 and a cheaper contract, I got neither and the contract is more expensive, avoid these lot and don't give them a good review before you try like I did.

Don't order from these. Ordered and paid for, never recieved. Contacted by email several times. Company has not replied.

Absolute rip off. They didn’t reimburse me for my buy out from EE for 9 months after many calls. Even then they didn’t pay full amount.
They sold me the deal based on £21.50 discount/month. This arrived after 3 later after numerous calls. They stopped the payments after 12 months, only paid 9 months and said the deal had come to an end and wanted £1500 to buy my way out.

A true scam company, when you leave after your contract is up, they “ loose “ your company phone number hoping you go back cap in hand to retrieve it and sign a new contract .A new supplier can’t get your original land line number handed over to them. You can spend hours listening to music before they cut you off. Ombudsman informed. Illegal practices going on. No chance of refunds on overcharging. Avoid Avoid.

Kinex are awful - I warn you against using them! Terrible communications, lots of mistakes that meant I was getting charged twice for months and complaining so many times to them with absolutely no result.

How bad can a communications company be run. With all new technology you still send letters out with We have been trying to get in touch with you about your account with us ? No specific reason to phone a number and when you do its pressing the keypad time, when you do answer it's we are busy and music which sounds like its on a cassette tape recorded back in the 70s. either the line goes dead or you sit there for 25 minutes waiting, this is not customers care. your prices since 2017 have increased so much your not even competitive in the marketplace you Automatically renew contracts in mid term ? i enquired when my contract was due to end i was told December 2024. I received a letter that it was in November 2024, 10 days after it was sent my list goes on and on the Company has changed its Name from Kinex to Clear Business but that does not make it perform any better . How can you bill a phone line for a full 31 days when a contract finished 21 days earlier. im so happy that i'm No longer with this provider if i could give you No Stars i would. further to my sorry state of affairs with this Company 3 Months down the line with a complaint of overcharging, i received money back but debit to my account that became a credit ? i'm still receiving Invoices for equipment and apps i haven't used since 9th November but they are taking the money from the money they owe Me just dont get involved with Clear business 3 months down the line and im still making phone calls and time wasted waiting for them to answer.

Our internet drops several times a day which takes out our phone lines as well. And sometimes we don’t realise so customers can’t contact us. I have spent around 60 hrs on the phone trying to resolve this and have come to the position of being told that it’s £1300 to leave or pay £125 for an engineer to come and assess my system (they aren’t having any more of my money. Also was promised because of my problems they would hold my bill at £45 last month £78 for no apparent reason and it’s been consistently random figures above. I have 9 months of a 3 year contract left with these cowboys and then will be leaving and never looking back. Problems started 12months in. I beg you to look else where if looking for telecoms. I would honestly give negative stars for this company if I could.

I spoke to Carl Heaps today who made my experience ordering my Business Broadband and Landline super quick, easy and efficient.
Going more than out of his way to help with problems with address’ on my end.
Couldn’t have been an easier process, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
