An absolute rip off

An absolute rip off. Bought a coffee they charge 0.75cent per transaction!!Bye bye. Went to buy water balance 2.99 on the card not enough money water cost 2.00euro Card in the chipper. AVOID your reply is ridiculous. When I signed up years ago thre was no fees. You sent me a new card I went through the steps charged to top it up. Then charges for a cup of coffee go away.. you're a rip off

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The reloadable card does carry transaction and top-up fees, which are necessary to support the cost of operating the card programme, including card issuing, payment processing, security, and customer support.

To clarify, these fees have been consistent on the card and have always been clearly and publicly available on our website, so customers can make an informed decision before using the card. There are no hidden charges.

While we respect that the fee structure may not suit everyone, we do appreciate your feedback.

I purchased two employee cards on…

I purchased two employee cards on December 9th still no sign of them. I rang customer service Monday (waited28mins) rang again Tuesday ( waited 66 mins) and the person hung up on me and blocked my number. I was in no way abusive but told her I was contacting the Central Bank which I did and they forwarded me to CCPC. Don’t go near this company.

Had no issues using the card along as…

Had no issues using the card along as the swipe reader was free to use some self service pads are clamped which the card cant slide down and although it says can use at any mastercard vendor costa coffee does not accept any gift cars other than there own, apart from that worked perfect

Swirl was amazing

Swirl was amazing. UPS managed to loose our parcel the week before Christmas break ans Swirl cancelled the order, reprinted the cards and had them ready for pick-up in less than 12h!
They made our employees Christmas!

Having placed an order with another provider and finding the process long, slow and onerous, I switched and placed an order with Swirl mid-December and was delighted to find the process easy and quick. Customer service were also helpful to get our cards delivered quicker then expected.

Excellent service

Excellent service, excellent communication, and a good choice for employees, as they can use them anywhere you can swipe a card, so spending options are not limited as they would be with an in-store gift card—5-day max delivery (in my experience), even with a pay-by-transfer option. Have been using Swirl for 3 years now; it's our Christmas go-to for employees, and they say it's their preferred option over standard gift cards.
