Although I haven't made any claims. I found the cover to be great and exactly what I was looking for. It's has great cover, basically anything you can think off is covered was set up in 2 mins and all documents send instantly.

Snail Pace
This has been the slowest and most frustrating experience I've ever had with an insurance company. My phone was stolen on the 9th of September, and only this morning, the 2nd of October, did I finally receive my replacement handset.
A few years ago, I lost my phone and, with a different insurer, the process was much smoother. All they needed was a crime reference number and proof of purchase before they sent out a new phone within 24 hours. Swipe Insurance, however, seems to have a never-ending list of requirements. They asked for multiple documents: several proofs of purchase, invoices, pictures of the front and back of the box, proof of usage, proof of blacklist, iCloud screenshots linking the device, utility bills, passport or driving license copies. They even requested I pay to list the phone as missing on Report My Loss and submit that report, along with other supporting documentation.
The frustration didn’t stop there. After submitting all this information, I received more emails requesting additional documents. In my case, the photo of the box wasn’t "clear enough," leading to another delay of 48 hours just to get a response.
This has been, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with an insurer. The customer service is terrible, and I would rather pay extra to insure my phone through my network provider or directly with Apple. It's unacceptable to make customers wait over three weeks for a replacement device

Be aware of this company they try every thinks to delay your claim my phone has been stolen,since 28th of August I made a claim and after uploading more than 15 documents they asked every 2days new documents today 3th of September again they asking for documents I already uploaded clearly they try to make a claim longer.i bought my phone from honor company and i used my EE network on it every things straight forward.they abusing customers.never ever go for this company .

Painfully and excruciatingly slow service. Do not recommend, save your mental health and pay the extra with your phone provider!!
I selected this insurance after seeing good reviews and their quick phone send out claims despite not being the cheapest on the market and I am living to regret it.
When I called my phone company to block my phone they asked if I had insurance with them as they’ll get a phone sent straight out and as I’ve never had to claim before, I had gone for insurance with swipe to save a few £’s , I assumed I would get a new phone quickly but it has been a week and instead have been asked for a ridiculous amount of documents and information and emails are very slow. One email I have sent has not been acknowledged and instead I just received a reply for more documents yet again!
I have called twice and been spoken to by uninterested teens and simply told that I can only email. I have had to make two appointments with the Apple Store to get information requested by swipe as it’s never enough!! I can only assume that they do this so you eventually give up and just buy a phone yourself. If you are a single person without a spare phone the information and documents that they continually request even after providing so much, is so frustrating.

Great service from Swipe, just gone through a accidental damage repair claim and then upgraded my device so have taken out a new policy on the new device, actually somehow cheaper than the previous one too!
