Our records now show that your policy was cancelled and you were issued a full refund after contact on 29th May.
This was a renewal of last year's annual policy you had. We issued an annual renewal reminder to you via email 1 calendar month prior to renewal. This is to inform you your policy is due for renewal so you have time to make a decision.
However, as your policy is within 14 days of the renewal, you were provided with a full refund.

Don’t use this company! They won’t pay out!
Paid £10 per month for the past 3 years for phone insurance and because I didn’t start my cover within 4 months of the phone being purchased they won’t repair my phone! So many scammers and their ridiculous t&cs won’t pay out!
Absolute scammer of a company! So disappointed!

Absolutely ridiculous
Had a policy with 2 mobiles on it for 4 years no claims made. Purchased new mobile asked to swap on policy. They said had to be new policy. No problem but then they wanted to hike the price of the mobile they've insured for 4 years to double that of the new more expensive device.
Absolutely ridiculous, excuse they give discount for insurance taken in first month of purchase. But that was the case on the 4 year old policy.

That is correct but not the positive spin you tried to put on it.
After contacting customer services by chat for a total of nearly 2.5 hours (appalling). I cancelled the coverage for the older mobile and WILL NOT be renewing this one when due.
You have lost a customer and I certainly will not recommend Swipe. Your service is not what I or anyone I know would expect. You received 4 years of premiums then tried to rip me off, NO WAY.
